Der Poolbereich war heruntergekommen
Very good approach from the staff, they were supportive to us during unpleasant situation with having a sick child
A reggeli és a vacsora bősége kifogástalan. Meglepődtünk, hogy a vacsoránál sört és száraz bort is lehet kapni, ez tetszett.
Kiderült, a Maribor mellett induló síliftek felső, pohorje-i állomása a szállodától 300 méterre helyezkedik el, élmény volt ott lenni a hegy tetején, ahonnan pazar kilátás nyílt. A síkabin családi jegy ára 30 euró volt oda-vissza.
Sajnos, a legszükségesebb hiányzott a szobákból: kis hűtőszekrény. Épp nagy meleg volt kint és elég meleg ásványvizet, üdítőt fogyasztottunk, mert nem tudtunk hova behűtni előtte.
Olyan szobát foglaltunk le online a 4 tagú családunk számára, ahol van egy franciaágy és egy emeletes ágy. Alulra a nagyfiam, felülre a kisebbik fiam feküdne majd. Helyszínre érve meglepetten tapasztaltunk, mindkét ágy felül van, egyik sincs alul. Nagyfiamnak nehéz volt lemenni emeletes ágyról, mert nem volt körülötte semmilyen kapaszkodó.
A medence vize nem volt kellemes, eléggé hideg. A jacuzzi mindig foglalt, mert elég nagyszámú a vendégsereg szállt meg.

Zimmer, fast alles funktioniert nur teilweise. Uns haben erste Tag Handtücher nicht gewechselt und von mir angemeldeten und von innen versprochen das nächste Tag wird gemacht, würde nicht gemacht.
Ich musste mehrere Male zur Rezeption gehen und klären anstatt auf Urlaub mich konzentrieren.

Le pulizie inesistenti. Ripiegavano solamente il piumone sul letto. Il lenzuolo di sotto neanche lo toccavano. Il bagno non veniva lavato. E non pulivano il pavimento.
