Solid budget hotel, personally had a disappointing experience
Pros:

The hotel was as expected. Pretty decent given the price. Good value for money.

Cons:

The main issue that left a bad last impression of the hotel was that we were told we couldn’t leave our bags there. This would be fine if the hotel booking.com page didn’t specifically say they do luggage storage (in their facilities section and faq’s). This severely affected our plans in Gloucester before we departed that afternoon. Just very disappointed by this and wouldn’t have booked this hotel if I’d known I’d be refused luggage storage as there were other hotels that did. Just don’t say it is included.

Rooms 1 nice and modern Bern updated the other 2 went very nice need updating as we were they1 night didn’t complain. Would not want to stay in one again

Got woken at 10 even though paid for late check out
Pros:

I always stay here when visit Gloucester. Brilliant location and quiet

Cons:

I payed for late check out for my last day, as only time I didnt have to get up for work stuff. So was looking forward for a lye in. But I got woken at 10 and questioned. I explained I had paid for latest check out. Then about half an hour later someone knocked again wanting to see proof of my payment. Which I showed.
I understand mistakes happen. But was a waste of money in the end

Pros:

Goede locatie in het centrum van Gloucester. Stille kamer aan de achterkant.

Cons:

Het personeel kreeg het niet voor elkaar een keycard werkend te krijgen. We zijn vijf keer voor niks het hele hotel doorgegaan met alle bagage en iedere keer bleef de hoteldeur gesloten. Het personeel deed er wat lacherig over en heeft op geen enkele manier verontschuldigingen aangeboden. Erg ongepast.

A good functional hotel for working and business visitors with good free Wifi and good value .
Pros:

I like that it had the balance of being functional and not overpriced for a stay in a central location . The WIFI was good so i could get on with work and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The shower can be small and there requires adjustments on the shower temperature - but in a converted building you can expect the issue of space for ensuite services .
