Pros:

ツインに大人1人、子供2人で宿泊。ベッドが広く、大人と子供と一緒にベッドに寝ることができたので良かったです。
コインランドリーの使用状況が部屋で確認できたのは便利でした。

Cons:

コインランドリールームに両替機があればよかったです。洗剤はフロントでのみ販売でしたので、こちらもコインランドリールームに自販機があれば、行ったり来たりせずに済ませることができると思いました。

大浴場から部屋着のままエレベーターに乗るのに外から帰ってきた人とかと一緒になるのが嫌でした。お風呂場にコロコロを置いて欲しいです。髪の毛がすごくて嫌でした

快適に過ごせました。
Pros:

スタッフさんの対応がとてもよかったです。ホテルから元町のお店への行き方について、電車での行き方を最初勧められましたが、徒歩での行き方を希望している私に、地図や実際の映像を見せながら分かりやすく楽しく歩ける道を教えてくださいました。実際にその通り、スムーズに歩けました。
　浴場の洗い場は5箇所？と少なかったですが、タイミングよく使用でき、とても気持ちよかったです。
