Very average. Compared to hotel rooms, the apartment wins. I've stayed in both.
Pros:

The room in itself was fine. nothing spectacular. The location was good.

Cons:

The noise from the bathroom when flushing from other rooms started approx 6am was disgusting.
The bathroom is due an upgrade. Nothing majorly wrong with it but it's showing signs of wear and tear.
Private pool was only available if you want to pay for it.
There was no heated pool. Hotel informed us that they turned it off. The weather was not warm enough to accommodate a freezing cold pool.

Stayed here many times before but in a hotel room not an apartment perfect for 2 but a bit tight for anymore of your used to bigger space

We had a wonderful stay in this modern, clean and superbly located apartment.
Pros:

The apartment was extremely clean, modern and in an excellent location close to the waterfront. The staff were very professional and happy to assist us with any query we posed. We highly recommend this property.

Cons:

There was nothing we disliked about the property.

We were in all very happy with our stay, and would gladly stay there again.
Pros:

Ocean house was a great place, location was perfect. Apartment was nice with a good view.

Cons:

It was some noise from builders that started early in the morning and lasted all day, I think they were renovating an apartment under us. We do realise that is not the owner of this apartment fault or responsibility.
