Pros:

Everything is perfect , the staff is very nice and attentive, good breakfast, interesting sketchy but actually very safe area and next to Delhi Gate train station.
Comfy bed, nice A/C and nice shower, staff members are very supportive on everything you might need

Cons:

The reason they didn't get a 10 on the review was because their travel agent Raj, which apparently doesn't work there anymore, but so just you are aware in case you see him.
Raj was dishonest and arrogant when we tried to book a train to rishikesh, he gave us a price 3 times more expensive than the price on the actual website, when we asked the reason he said that it was fully booked but he had those spare tickets. I work in sales and I know when something is fishy, his attitude was pushy and weird, so we declined. We walk to the main road and found a government agency nearby the train station, they booked for us the train ticket in less than 10 minutes in the real price from the website.
If you get an offer from him, make sure that you have compared his prices with some other agents but specially make sure that the information he is providing is genuine.

Pros:

RAJ This friend is very, very nice. He helped me book train tickets, and his people are very warm, including the hotel work. The room is also clean. I stayed in this hotel for many days. He is the most enthusiastic one. Thank you very much for his help. Because I just arrived in India, I didn't know many things, so staying in this hotel can help you solve a lot of troubles.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming and the amenities made us comfortable. There was a very helpful man named Raj in the concierge who owns a travel company and was so helpful supporting us to get train tickets and travel to Agra and beyond!

Cons:

The surrounding area is quite difficult to navigate and people should be aware that the streets around do flood during monsoon season

The hotel is very clean and located opposite the Delhi Railway Station. And the room is very comfortable. The hot water comes quickly. La courtoisie du personnel.

Cons:

Chambre avec toilettes cassé, la chambre faite une fois sur deux.
La propreté de la vaisselle du petit déjeuné très limite.
Emplacement de l’hôtel dans le plus mauvais quartier de Delhi.
Heureusement que le personnel vient nous chercher à l’arrêt du taxi.
Le transfert de l’aéroport n’est pas inclus.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr enttäuschend. Bereits nach der ersten Nacht musste ich mein Zimmer wechseln. Das zweite Zimmer war leider ebenfalls sehr dreckig. Zum Glück sind wir insgesamt nur zwei Nächte geblieben.

An der Rezeption wurde mir gesagt, dass ich mich am nächsten Tag noch einmal melden soll. Als ich am nächsten Tag zur Rezeption kam, war dort jedoch so viel los, dass sich niemand um unser Anliegen kümmerte. Nachdem wir ins Zentrum gegangen waren, wurde ich mehrmals über WhatsApp kontaktiert. Letztendlich musste ein Mitarbeiter unsere Sachen zusammenpacken und in ein anderes Zimmer bringen.

Beim Check-out fragte mich ein Mitarbeiter bzw. der Manager, ob ich mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden gewesen sei. Ich erklärte ihm, dass das Zimmer leider etwas dreckig war. Darauf wurde jedoch überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Stattdessen wurde ich lediglich gefragt, ob wir das Frühstück probiert hätten.

Auch das Rooftop-Restaurant machte leider keinen sauberen Eindruck und war ebenfalls sehr dreckig.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für uns sehr enttäuschend. Besonders die Sauberkeit und der Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde haben uns nicht überzeugt.

Pros:

One day I feel very weak and couldn’t go for breakfast, later around 11.00 AM I ordered a food from room, and after few minutes kitchen supervisor came to my room and after conversation he told that they will serve the food for free. I thank them for understanding our condition
