Ótima localização, próxima a estação de trem e Main Street. Funcionários muito atenciosos e dispostos a nos ajudar a todo momento. The staff were always approachable and eager to please
When we had issues with our allocated room, they offered us a choice of three alternatives
Plentiful hot water and good pressure.
Toiletries and mineral water were supplied and replenished.
Hotel staff carried our luggage to the taxi meeting point in the nearby bustling market.

Cons:

There was a musty smell and a feeling of damp in the rooms. We resolved this in our room by using the DRY/DEHUMIDIFIER setting on AC. This should be done regularly to reduce humidity in the rooms
Breakfast was disappointing; little choice for vegetarians from Europe, tables slow to be cleared, cups and plates needed to be wiped before use, general disorganisation. This is a shame as the area is a very attractive outdoor space to eat your breakfast
The hotel is in the middle of an extremely busy and chaotic street market. It's handy for the train station and Connaught Place, but Ubers refuse to pick up or drop near the hotel due to the chaotic traffic. The hotel will arrange taxis but not to the door.

Nice hotel, would recommend
Pros:

Fab place hidden down a street, room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Staff couldn’t do enough for you.
Don’t be put off by the street leading to the hotel!

Roof top restaurant & bar was a pleasant surprise.

Would definitely stay again if in area.

Cons:

Only negative was they ran out of beer on 2nd night, was told a delivery would be 10 mins. It ended up being 1.5 hours & was very warm so undrinkable.

Hotel and Location offered memorable experience
Pros:

We were a family of 5 people and had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Newly renovated rooms with modern, clean amenities. Netflix and YouTube were a pleasant delight for kids. The staff were excellent and very welcoming. Hotel restaurant also cooked delicious meals.

The location we found to be excellent experiencing the real hustle and bustle of Old Delhi and we felt safe even with two boys 6 and 9 years old.

La posizione é comoda vicino alla stazione principale e alla metro purtroppo la zona non é delle migliori. La camera é comoda e spaziosa. Ottimo il bar a piano terra.

Pros:

From start to finish this Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff are so helpful and the rooms are better than expected. Beds are so comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and super clean. Endless hot water for showers. There is also a roof top restaurant that serves really tasty food. Location is great too, minutes to the train station and right in the heart of shopping and restaurants.We liked this hotel so much we stayed an extra night. If you want to experience the chaotic Delhi experience but want a really nice quiet room each evening, this is the one.

Cons:

There were noisy students staying upstairs but when we rang reception they were so helpful and actually changed our room the next day for us.

Comfortable stay!
Pros:

This small hotel is hidden away and only accessible through a number of narrow alleyways when you walk into a brightly lit lobby with friendly staff. I arrived after a long flight and was glad that i could check in quickly and get into my room and into bed. Room was clean, had good air-conditioning and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant is situated on the roof terrace and I really enjoyed my meals there.

Cons:

The shower had no shower-screen so when I had a shower the floor and the toilet seat got wet; I should have put the lid down....
