What i like name of the hotel.
It has respect in the name only after from this no respect for customer.

Worst experience till now .

Before checking i have asked for early checking of 3:30 am , while communicating on call i was told come sir we will do the best.
Upon arrival story change staff change and asked me to pay 1day charge if i want room early or i can stay in dormitory with no other choice i had to stay when morning i raised the issue to the peron i spoke he just supported his colleague.
I have traveled so many place but this type of worst service i never face .
I ordered coffee at 10 pm on 15 july but i got it on 12 am 16 july after several calls
While check out i paid the coffee money 69rs but to my surprise stuff came running to claim the same amount again.
I heard in delhi they do such things but faces it 1st time.
I don't know what problem foreigns would have to go i they visit hotels like this.
Never recommend to anyone never will i visit again to this hotel again.
Request booking. Com to reduce rating to zero and be responsible on giving awards or recognition to this kind of hotel.
Zero management zero respect for customer but wants 10 out of 10 .
