Amazing value for money with staff that go above and beyond
Pros:

Nothing was too much for the staff they really went above and beyond! Such good value for money and very clean. Couldn’t have asked for more and would definitely stay again

We won’t be back
Pros:

Location next to New Delhi railway station.

Cons:

Woken up at midnight for laundry return and demand for payment whilst clearly asleep in pants - apparently my fault as we’d handed them in on our late arrival the night before.
Being quoted for hotel stay payment in GBP cash that was way in excess of the exchange rates.

Great, convenient place for a quick visit to Delhi.
Pros:

Property is clean and staff is very helpful! They even offered to book a guide for us for the day, site seeing, food tour, or even car to the Taj Mahal or safari in Ranthambore. We had booked everything already so we didn’t do it through the hotel, but great to know that it’s an option! Hotel pick up was smooth and easy. Fantastic for value!

Pros:

Been twice in Delhi and twice in this hotel and there is a reason. This hotel is a warranty in Delhi. Near the metro station, it is perfect to reach from airport and it is very well connected with everything because of the metro. Staff is amazing and very helpful.

Modernes Hotel in den Slums der Dehli Altstadt
Pros:

Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön und entspannend. Hier wird auch das Frühstück angeboten das sehr schmackhaft war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Taxiservis des Hotels ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider ohne Fenster.
Die Lage des Hotels, in einer heruntergekommenen und verschmutzten Seitenstrasse, die nicht angefahren werden kann, ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Quite oasis bang in the middle of the action
Pros:

Modern and friendly hotel on the edge of old Delhi.
Excellent food in a peaceful roof top restaurant

Cons:

Small dispute with waiter. Clearly not a cricket fan but all resolved amicably. Be willing to walk in and out as train station traffic makes it very difficult to access even in a toktok in evenings
