Returning Guest.
Pros:

Large room, comfortable, clean and quiet. Easy access from airport.
Great pool area,

Cons:

Menus for breakfast, not clear what was available, eg, Buffet price not shown, yet continental breakfast with price was.....but you got the continental breakfast self service from the buffet!

期待通り。
Pros:

空港からのアクセス。翌朝朝の便で移動だったのでわざわざKL市内に行く事を避けて泊まりました。徒歩でもブリッジをで行けるし送迎カートもあり便利。夕食はビュッフェが満席だったので、空港のフードコートで食べました。RM50のホテル内バウチャーがついていたので、翌朝はラウンジでナシレマとテタレのセットを食べました。税込みRM57だったのでRM7は別途支払いましたが、このナシレマが絶品。大きな鶏肉、エビが入っていてボリュームもあり驚きました。つろげるプールもあり乗り換えの際はこのホテルが絶対良いと思います。

Cons:

KL市内に比べて割高。ジムの筋トレ設備がやや貧弱。

Pros:

Location was great if you want to stay at KLIA. Breakfast was excellent too. Love the buggy that you can catch to go to and from the hotel

Pros:

First class, luxurious hotel, mega convenient for the airport.
Pros:

First class hotel, great facilities.

An extremely convenient location for an airport stopover. A short walk or buggy ride to the airport.

The food offerings are excellent and the service is world class.

We got upgraded and were able to take advantage of complimentary cocktails and food from 6-8pm which was a real bonus.

Pros:

ロケーション、部屋の快適さ、空港側とのバギーでの移動が便利で楽しかった。久しぶりの宿泊だったが進化しているような印象。

Cons:

ルームサービスで朝食を頼みたかったが、メニューが豊富なのにちょうどよいのがなく断念した。

Pros:

Havaalanında harika bir otel.. Gece yarısına doğru yorgun şekilde otele geldiğimizde bizi güleryüzle karşılayıp, odamızı upgrade ettiler.. Odalar tertemiz ve çok geniş.. Terminal 1 ile bir yürüyüş yoluyla bağlantısı var ve ayrıca golf arabalarıyla sizi terminale transfer ediyorlar.. Erken uçuşlarınız için şiddetle tavsiye ederiz.

A luxury stay before a long haul flight.
Pros:

So convenient for an early flight from KL. The buggie service is helpful when you are arriving/leaving with luggage. The rooms are very comfortable and clean with nice toiletries etc.
The staff were all very friendly, helpful and efficient.
We used the pool area this time, it was lovely with a jacuzzi and comfortable sun beds.

Cons:

I always find the food in the bar/restaurant slightly disappointing and very pricey. The buffet breakfast is great, but once again pricey, especially when the tax is added to the bill.
