Pros:

The hotel is newly renovated, everything is well designed. The rooms are small, but the layout is good. I was alone, could be a bit tight with two people and bags. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and there were so many little extras that shows they put in the extra effort. Sahand was amazing! The beds are so comfortable and the breakfast had lots of options.

Cons:

There was an issue with the booking system when I stayed, which resulted in a delay at check in, as my booking was not found despite me already paying days before. Then I was asked to change rooms after one night, again due to an issue with the system. The staff handled it amazingly, but I recommend management to update the system, as it was unpleasant. The area is ok, there’s a metro and tram line nearby. However, I didn’t feel super safe traveling alone there after dark. Soundproofing is just ok, I could hear the people in the neighboring rooms talking and the noise from the road can be loud. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Everything. Nice design, brand new, clean, very polite staff, speaking perfectly English. Free good espresso and cappuccino in the lobby.

Cons:

Just a recommendation. The breakfast could be in the price, which is usual for Istanbul.

Everything was fine. Good combination of the location-price-service.
Pros:

Great stay! The hotel matched the description and fully met our expectations. Excellent service, very friendly staff, and delicious breakfasts with some variety. Loved the sea views from the terrace and dining room.
The location was convenient with good transport options.
It can be a bit noisy, and we wished for a bit more storage space/shelf, but overall, the location, price, and service were perfect!
