Worst stay ever and chose to stay out the hotel more then in to stay away from the bad service

Nothing the lobby smelt so bad every day the rooms were not even cleaned not once nor asked for new towels or bedding

Asked staff for support because door locks don’t work properly but they didn’t even come to help all members just be using there phones chilling

Very shocked on the level of service

Hotel was near to Haram

Cons:

Wr paid everything in advance but the recepionist didnt allowed checking and made us sit for almost 2 hours. We kept requesting cleaning but no came for 9 days stay. When asked for water or other stuff we were informed that hotel do not provides it.

قريب من الحرم وتعامل الموظفين محترم ولطيف ، الغرف متوسطة الراحة ، دورات المياه فيها روائح مزعجة ، المصاعد اغلب الوقت مزد

Cons:

كل شيء تمام ماعدا دورات المياه بها روائح مزعجة والمصاعد اغلب الوقت مزدحمه

No toothpaste, tooth brush, cleaning was unsatisfactory, bath tub without plug, no curtain, no break fast no parking.

The staff very bad and don’t answer for me
And from morning the staff make noise in the hotel
And make service front my room and I told him to stop many time and he didn’t answer for me
I don’t like it
