Pros:

Nothing—absolutely nothing—was good about this hotel except the location.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was a complete disaster. The receptionist was not at the desk, and we were left waiting for over 10 minutes with no explanation. When he finally showed up, he handed us the room key without a single word of guidance—no directions, no information, no basic hospitality.
The room itself was unacceptable. There was no in-room catering at all, the cups were damaged, and the phone was not working, which meant we could not contact any hotel service even if we needed to. To make matters worse, I stayed for two full days, and during that entire time, no one cleaned the room—not once.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that we couldn’t even find anyone to complain to. There was simply no accountability. When we checked out and informed the receptionist that we intended to leave a bad review, only then did a manager suddenly appear. Instead of properly addressing the issue, he casually apologized and advised us to complain to the Ministry of Tourism and to leave a negative review. Shockingly, he also admitted that the hotel already has many bad reviews and that we “should not have booked this hotel in the first place.”
That statement alone says everything.
Unfortunately, I did not take photos, but trust me—this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Paying 1700 AED for just two nights for such miserable service and conditions is completely unacceptable. This hotel is massively overpriced, poorly managed, and absolutely not worth the money.
I strongly regret staying here and would warn anyone to stay far away

Comfortable hotel with close proximity to Masjidul Nabawi.
Pros:

Excellent location to the Prophet's Masjidul nabawi.
Coordinative staff. Had a comfortable stay.

Cons:

The hotel doesn't provide tea, coffee, etc. But they provide only a kettle and a melamine cup.if you are eager to have a coffee in the room soon after the check-in, it is not possible. You have to go out to buy your own provision, including a spoon and water, too.
Being excellent in other areas, the hotel could consider providing the essentials that would add value to the services of the hotel.
