Заходим в лифт - он старый мрачный и на стенах нацарапаны надписи _ "Толик Омск здесь был" Поднимаемся в свой номер по мрачному коридору, открываем дверь на 4 этаже по моему 404 - вид на внутренний двор и какую-то помойку. Хотя обещали вид на море. В номере на стене нацарапано гвоздем - "СУКА" . Постель мега грязная и в катышках. ПРОСТО ЖЕСТЬ! номер маленький прокуренный и вообще зашарпанный и вонючий. Дверь на балкон не закрывается полностью на ручку или на замок. Раскисла или разбухла. Тут же спустились на рецепшен и нам вернули деньги и срезали бирки с рук. Да - у них даже платежный терминал на рецепшене при нас развалился на части. батарейки, весь располовинился и развалился. Короче вот такие впечатления. Мужчина на рецепшен выглядел очень уставшим и сказал что он все знает. Проблем нет - деньги вернет - пишите что хотите. Хорошо мы приехали на своем авто - вышли сели в тачку и уехали в Аланью. Там сняли супер квартиру с видом на море немного дороже. Чистую просторную с огромным балконом и каждый день в ней делали уборку.

It was narrow and claustrophobic and unsuitable for a normal stay, especially for two people for six nights. The rooms were very dirty, there was dust, hair and stains on the floor, as well as an unpleasant stale smell. The thing intended for a wardrobe was moldy. The bed linen was dirty, wrinkled, stained... obviously unwashed or worn, which calls into question the level of hygiene.
The sanitary facilities were extremely narrow and unmaintained, with visible traces of mold and residues from previous guests.
The beach umbrellas and sun loungers provided for hotel guests were broken, torn and dirty.
The furnishings do not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel.
For the above reasons, we were forced to leave the property immediately after checking in / we could not take advantage of the stay. Attached are photos as proof of the actual condition of the place.

I believe that as a consumer I have the right to receive a service that corresponds to the description in the reservation. We asked for a refund, but we never received anything. Never go to this hotel

Das Hotel Sun Fire Beach war in einem absolut katastrophalen Zustand. Schon beim Betreten fiel auf, dass alles schmutzig war und überall Müll herumlag. Die Wände in unserem Zimmer waren nass, im Badezimmer tropfte Wasser von der Decke, die bereits aufgequollen und gewölbt war. Wir hatten große Angst, dass sie einstürzt. Der Boden war rutschig, die Duschen in beiden Bädern waren verstopft. Die Kloschüsseln waren in einem so schmutzigen Zustand, dass sich sogar noch Kot darauf befand. Die Matratzen waren fleckig, die Bettwäsche voller Flecken und Haare, im Zimmer herrschte ein starker und widerlicher Geruch. Auch die Balkontür ließ sich nicht schließen.

Hinzu kam, dass wir dreimal um Handtücher bitten mussten und schließlich feuchte und bereits benutzte Handtücher erhielten. Der Fön war defekt, sodass wir die ganze Woche unsere Haare nicht trocknen konnten. In einem der Badezimmer funktionierte das Licht überhaupt nicht, weshalb wir mit dem Handy-Licht duschen mussten. Toilettenpapier war ebenfalls nicht vorhanden.
Besonders besorgniserregend war, dass mein Sohn durch die unhygienischen Zustände einen Hautausschlag am Bein bekam. Wir hatten die gesamte Zeit ernsthafte Sorge um unsere Gesundheit.

Auch der Speisesaal war in einem untragbaren Zustand. Das Geschirr war schmutzig, Gläser wurden lediglich kurz unter Wasser gehalten und dann tropfnass wieder ausgeteilt. Im Treppenhaus lag die gesamte Woche über Müll, auf den Tischen blieben Essensreste stehen. Eine Kakerlake haben wir ebenfalls gesehen. Die Situation war so schlimm, dass ein anderer Gast schließlich völlig ausgerastet ist, Teller mit Essen durch den Raum warf und laut herumbrüllte, alles sei dreckig und ekelhaft.
Als ich mich an der Rezeption beschwerte, erklärte mir der Mitarbeiter, er könne nichts tun, ich solle mit dem Manager sprechen. Doch dieser war nie erreichbar, wenn ich nach ihm fragte. Stattdessen wurden wir vom Personal ausgelacht und nicht ernst genommen.

Kakkerlakken!!! ( ze laten iedereen eten meenemen dus tuurlijk komen die beesten!) schimmel op het kussen, douches vies! Personeel wat erg jong is wordt afgesnauwd door eigen personeel! Proberen je op te lichten!!! 1 nacht 100 euro?? Op booking 65! Eten koud , kip kan je iemand mee dood gooien !

We stayed 8 days, the first 5 days no room cleaning, no bed linen or towels changing. On 4th day at my repeating request reception called room service for 2 towels and they brought us a nasty piece of textile. The reception is very nice and helpful, but that does not make it 4 star hotel. At tea time the pool bar serves horrible small pieces of Fried dough instead of announced cookies. Pool shower cabins are obviously used as WC - no way to step inside, which brings no wish to swim in the pool. No shower or change cabin on the beach, only water hose.
