Pros:

Фактически это большой комплекс с "Ареной", в отдельной бухте, 4км. аэропорт, рядом ещё есть и строятся отели. Здание на берегу, красиво, номера как соты, стекло, металл, и звук резонирует по внешнему фасаду и внутри. Хорошие номера, в стиле минимализма, с балконом. Тёплый бассейн, хороший внутренний двор. Длинный и широкий песчаный пляж, для прогулок, мусор убирают у отеля.. Спасатели запрещают погружаться в океан выше пояса, это обосновано течением и силой волны. Выбирайте, если Вы цените пространство, Вам комфортна цена, Вам "поплескаться", Вам не нужны город и тусовки. Депозит 500т.донгов, или 20 $.
Персонал немного формальный, много гостей.
Благодарность горничным за аккуратность и человечность! Благодарность шефу ресторана за концепцию здорового питания и внимание!

Мне не понравилось, что Букинг.ком в предыдущем моём отзыве опубликовал только позитивную часть, получилось не объективно. Дорожу своей репутацией.

Завтрак и расположение понравились, недалеко от аэропорта, но самолётов не слышно. В номере было чисто.

Cons:

Лёд можно взять только если берёшь в баре напитки - это странно. Когда заезжали китайцы было ОООЧЕНЬ шумно, немотря на темное время суток.

Great location, only minutes from the airport. An easy walk down to a beautiful beach, with lifeguards on duty. Breakfast selection was fairly good.

Cons:

The Seaview (the name of the hotel I booked) is different to the actual hotel it is part of - the Arena. This made getting a car here late at night very stressful as there are no signs for the Seaview. Driver had no way of working it out. It also made check in and out more of a challenge, as you are dealing with multiple 'hotels' all housed within one MASSIVE building. The room numbers were not consecutive; we booked 2 rooms and ended up being very very far from each other. Not twin beds as requested and were told at check in (at 11pm) to wait for maintenance to come and separate the beds for us. Air conditioner in one of the rooms was non-functional. Took hours to even get someone to come and look, each time I called the desk, I was told that maintenance must have forgotten to come and look at it. Really not good enough, will not book again, would not recommend.

Great positioning towards the sea, functional beach.

Cons:

False advertising, description of room includes 3 bed and 1 sofa bed. However there are only 1 full size bed and 1 sofa bed. Staff refused to understand the situation as if they’re children of five and below, lacking basic situational cognitive abilities. We waited from 4PM until 10PM with promises of an extra proper bed, but they never came. Room decor are as basic as they can get. Infrastructure’s finishing suggests massive corners cutting, from lack the of noise insulation, rusty handrail, decaying woods. Moreover, construction seems to be half-assed with corridors filled with sand. For the price of 2.5 million VND with NO option for free breakfast, it’s better that you put that money and gamble it all on slots machine than draining your sanity spending time in this hell hole.
