Pros:

Hotel à proximité du centre, lit confortable avec eau chaude, personnel gentil et accueillant.

Cons:

Für eine Nacht OK. Mehrere Nächte kann ich nicht empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Essensservice (das Essen wird aufs Zimmer gebracht) war sehr schmackhaft.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war na ja. Das Zimmerfenster konnte man leider nicht öffnen.
Das Frühstück wurde in einem benachbarten Hotel angeboten, ca. 3 min Gehzeit durch Hinterhöfe von Delhi.

Pros:

The breakfast was good! Nice selection of Indian breakfast options. The downside was that you had to eat it in your already small room, no dining area in the hotel.

Cons:

It wasn’t clean and the room was rather small. The neighborhood wasn’t the best. No hot water in the shower, only lukewarm. The staff wasn’t very friendly either, also not unkind. Just not very hospitable.

Pros:

The property location was good.

Cons:

It can’t be 4star level . So many things was not clean , like Bed, Towel , Toilet and so on . They didn’t gave house show . They don’t have TV Channels. With this price I am not satisfied. Thanks

Très peu de choses malheureusement...

Cons:

Contrairement à de nombreux commentaires qu'il est possible de lire, l'hôtel n'est pas en bon état, le linge est en mauvais état (taché, troué) et les chambres ne disposent pas de fenêtres (clostrophobes s'abstenir) et sont donc très mal ventilées... Malgré son emplacement dans une ruelle peu fréquentée, le bruit vient de l'intérieur de l'hôtel, à toute heure du jour et de la nuit (musique, discussions extrêmement fortes, vaisselles qui tombe, portes qui claquent...). L'hôtel n'est pas affreux mais le prix des chambres n'est absolument pas justifié. Ajoutons un manque de délicatesse du personnel malgré une demande d'assistance lorsque nous lui avons demandé de l'aide pour trouver l'emplacement de l'hôtel après avoir été suivis dans la rue.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Kaca Inn. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was taken care of.
I also hired a car through the hotel for a trip covering Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra. The entire journey was smooth and enjoyable. The car was in great condition, and the driver was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about the routes and tourist spots. It truly made the trip memorable!
Overall, I’m really happy with the service and hospitality at Hotel Kaca Inn. Whether you're staying for a night or planning a longer journey like I did, I highly recommend this place!
