It's great.
Pros:

The apartment/room were clean and smelled fresh the moment we enter the room.The set-up is perfect.It's safe.

Cons:

The parking of the car was not great to park outside. Parking must be made available,not be request cause most people travel with cars etc.

The dining room effect of course it is a student accomodation but I missed siting in a sofa

Our stay was good and we will probably come back and stay at Cape Station in future.
Pros:

Well positioned in city centre excellent security system. Refurbished apartments. Good required equipments in the rooms. Property is close to shops (Spar), water front, parliament, etc

Cons:

Some residents making noise in the foyer - playing loud music I public (Foyer)
