Pros:

We didn't get rooms when we arrived telling no rooms available even though they confirm booking online.poor service from them.and staff behaviour is poor

Cons:

First of all, i couldn't stay at hotel. Because,
My bad experience with this hotel
-> Reached the hotel (based on address mention in booking.com). But the name is different (its not Happy o hotel).
One of the reception said its same hotel (Even though name is different). Other guy saw the booking price in my mobile and said that it is different hotel and if i want to stay he quoted different price.
-> When, i called the property person (which is in booking.com), he said that no rooms are available.
Based on my experiance, this is junk hotel and management are worst,dirty and idiots.
I will give, booking.com 0 review for booking.com too. Because, they are not at all communicating to hotel guys in these kind of situations.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a bit chaotic area but the rooms are very neat and no noise pollution nice service
