THIS IS A SCAM. PLEASE AVOID BOOKING HERE!
Pros:

Reqesting visitors of ooty not to book this property as the lease of this is over and the person who stayed here as a care taker doesnt give a damn.
1. Your calls will be ignored
2. There wont be any responde from the property
3. You will be denied entry to the property

This is my personal experience. Im sure even this review wouldnt make any difference to the property owner!!!

Cons:

This property is a fraud, we have booked it through booking.com but when we arrived the caretaker of the property said that property is not available, owner was also not responding to our calls and caretaker was laughing when we said that we have confirmed the booking with owner over number provided by booking.com.

The stay in Ooty was decent overall. The location is nice and peaceful, with good views and fresh air. The room was clean but could use a bit of updating. Service was okay, though it took some time to get what we needed but it did the job. It’s a good place if you’re looking for a quiet and simple stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I booked the hotel, got the confirmation mail and details. I was trying to reach them 3days before, they didn’t respond. But at the last moment they said the booking is not there and the rooms are full.

Pros:

Nothing is good, money minded owners

Cons:

Once you booked the stay, they will not receive your call till last day after that they will tell the booking is not confirmed you need to book extra and they will ask extra money
