Overall, a comfortable stay.
Pros:

The rooms were relatively nice. The bed was very comfortable. Beautiful outdoor courtyard to relax. Breakfast was great. Great location. Near the cruise ship port, the beach, old San Juan. They offer a free shuttle to the beach, old San Juan, and the T-Mobile Center District. Claudia at the front desk was also very helpful with areas to visit.

Cons:

The room was not as new and clean as expected and A/C was noisy. Price was a bit high.

Great Puerto Rico Honeymoon
Pros:

It's always hard to judge a hotel beforehand, even with reviews, but the reviews for this location were good so we decided to try for our honeymoon, we were here 10 days and it was amazing! Staff were great and knowledgeable. Housekeeping was always on top of things when we wanted service. Location is great, right near Old San Juan but not in all of the congestion. Also good location to go other places on the island. If you rent a car, it is extra to keep on the property, but it's peace of mind. Otherwise there is a daily shuttle to Old San Juan.

Cons:

The room did feel damp/humid each time we'd come back from an outing, but it went away after a little bit of time, however being on a tropical island, it's kind of expected, and really not a big deal honestly.

Lifesaving! We were stuck in PR after a blizzard in Boston. They took care of us and made all our stress disappear.
Pros:

Amazing staff! Great location and free shuttle locally was a bonus. The team there prides themselves in making you feel at home and also goes the extra mile and each interaction.

Everything was great! The staff did their best to meet our expectations, especially Norma! She was fantastic, along with everyone else. All the staff were great and the facilities as well!
