Eu amei a localização, o hambiente também é bom, tem piscina , é bem organizado e limpoo

Do ar condicionado, tinha ar porém não gelava nada , deixava um pouco mais fresco , mas se não ligasse o ventilador , ficava muito calor

Não tem estacionamento, tive que estacionar do outro lado da rua.... A avenida é bastante movimentada e precisa ter muito cuidado com os veículos que vem em velocidade acima do compatível com a via.
