Great location, easy check in despite it being close to midnight! Rooms all clean and tidy. Had to add another person to the booking but was very quick, staff very helpful. Balconies gave a lovely view. Right by train street.

The location
Great location for train street in old quarter. Laundry came back clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Separate shower cubicle which is rare in SE Asia and was appreciated. Large comfortable bed. Coffee shop downstairs is amazing too.
Due to the location on the street of butchers selling meat over the road in the morning it can smell quite pungent and this travelled to our room once.

Great location on the outskirts of the Old Quarter and within a stone’s throw of the famous train street. The staff at this hotel are super friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in with a balcony was great — you could sit and watch Hanoi go by!

Get one room upgraded
I booked 2 rooms and end up with 1 room for a night but the second was for only 3 hrs.
Similar thing in Danang: want to book 2 rooms but end up at least 3 times with one family for 4 adults. End up finding myself outside Booking.
Back to this hotel, The location is bad with butcher and fish stalls all around and piles of garbage thru the night.
