Pros:

Dieses Hotel gehört zu meinen absoluten Favoriten in Phnom Penh.
Die Mitarbeiter sind Top ! Sie sind zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit und sehr engagiert.
Auch der Manager ist sehr empathisch und geht auf die Gäste persönlich ein. Bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt dufte ich sogar kostenlos bis abends im Hotel bleiben und direkt von da aus zum Flughafen fahren. Es ist wirklich ein tolles Team 👌
Die Zimmer sind super komfortabel. Die Betten sind gemütlich und alles hochmodern.
Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls vielseitig und lecker.
Eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der in Phnom Penh unterwegs ist !
Ich komme immer wieder herzlich gerne 🙂

Pros:

Pool und Bar auf dem Rooftop waren richtig klasse. Die Cocktails waren lecker und günstig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Am Abend hatte man eine tolle Aussicht inkl Beleuchtung.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war schon sehr schmal und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Kaffe beim Frühstück hat starkes Verbesserungspotential.

Would really recommend this place - appreciated the complimentary late check out too so we could use the room til depart

Pros:

I had a very comfortable stay throughout my trip, and the staff were kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. The shuttle service was also convenient. The location was great, making it easy to get around and visit other places.

La amabilidad y predisposición del personal es indiscutible, me hicieron sentir muy cómoda :)
La habitación súper confortable, las almohadas son varias y de calidad. Dormí excelente!

Cons:

Realmente disfruté mucho de la estadía y me fui con la energía renovada y contenta!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Deluxe King Room (Suite): a big shout out to Sithy for his warm welcome, and who, within half an hour of our arrival and at our request had organised a Tuk Tuk for the following morning, as well as a river cruise and spa treatments for our 2nd day. Our Deluxe Room offered great space and storage and a fabulous spacious bathroom. The rooftop pool and bar (including delicious dinners if you preferred to eat here rather than in the restaurant) brought welcome respite from the heat and the Spa also deserves a special mention: it is absolutely beautiful and our massages were some of the best we have had, carried out by the most professional ladies. All the staff at the hotel were friendly, courteous and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
