Pros:

It is well situated, great facilities and the staff where extremely kind and helpfu. The breakfast was very good and the room sooo cozy, we travelled Cambodia for one month and this hotel was definitely the best !! Could not recommend more !!!

Big gorgeous corner room with views!
Pros:

We would definitely return to caravan. All of the staff were gracious and willing to immediately help. Our room was spotless and fresh with incredible views. Breakfast was impressive with tons of options for both east and west. About a mile walk to the riverfront. But Grab was very inexpensive and always available.

Very nice staff
Pros:

I can not express enough how wonderful and helpful the staff are! The reception smelled so good and was very clean and fresh and we received a beautiful welcome upon arrival. The restaurant was elegant decorated. The hair conditioner was one of the best I've had in a hotel tho!

Cons:

Small room and bathroom, the air-conditioned had some failures even though a guy was sent up to look over it. It was set for 23 degrees Celsius (it was 15 when he was in the room and told us it will take time) and when we woke up it was 13 °C.

Overall we loved our stay in the caravan hotel and would highly recommend to anyone!

Everything! We had such a great stay in the caravan hotel. The staff were so lovely and friendly, always attentive and helped us with anything we needed. The facilities there were great too, the rooftop pool was fab and a lovely place to relax. We also ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent.

We had an amazing stay at Caravan Hotel! The staff were incredibly attentive and truly went above and beyond—they surprised me with beautiful birthday decorations and a cake, which made the experience unforgettable. Such a thoughtful touch!

The hotel itself was great, especially the sky bar, which was a perfect spot to relax and unwind in the evenings. It really added a nice, chill vibe to our stay.

We also loved how convenient everything was. There’s a nearby place with washing machines, so doing laundry (wash and dry) was super easy during our trip.

Plus, there’s a Korean BBQ restaurant close by that we really enjoyed—the food was delicious and definitely worth trying.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay—honestly a 10 out of 5!

Pros:

The room was very spacious, spotless, and had a fantastic view over the city. The bed was super comfortable, and everything felt very clean and well looked after.

The breakfast was excellent, with a really nice buffet and lots of choice. I especially liked that there were croissants, Western options, and English breakfast items as well. It was a great start to the day.

The reception staff were lovely and very helpful, the Wi-Fi was fast, and all in all the hotel made a really strong impression on me.

The pool is amazing, and the rooftop bar was one of my favourite parts of the stay. The view over the city at night, with all the lights, was beautiful and made the place feel really special.

A fantastic hotel overall — I would happily stay here again.
