Pros:

What a fantastic hotel. Stayed here for 3 nights and was room upgraded too. The staff are very polite and helpful, the breakfast was wonderful with plenty of selection. Nice rooftop bar and pool , it’s just a short tuk tuk drive to riverside. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay , thank you Caravan hotel team for making us feel so welcome 🙏🏻

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, nulla che non andasse.
Pros:

Onestamente non trovo un singolo difetto per questa struttura: è nuova, lo staff è estremamente disponibile e gentile, la colazione è ottima e varia, la piscina molto curata e bella, le stanze sono grandi e pulite. In particolare, ringraziamo Chanra che ci ha aiutati a recuperare una felpa che avevamo lasciato su un taxi a Phnom Penh; noi eravamo già in direzione Siem Reap e si è occupata del recupero e della spedizione. È raro trovare persone così disponibili!

Cons:

Non penso ci sia una cosa che non mi è piaciuta. Forse, volendo essere pignoli, mi aspettavo fosse leggermente più centrale o, comunque, meno “isolata”. Ma, comunque, c’è sempre il guardiano fuori dall’uscita dell’hotel che si assicurava anche che stessimo prendendo il taxi o il tuktuk giusto.

Bardzo dobre położenie obiektu, urokliwy basen i skybar, przesympatyczna obsługa, wyśmienite spa...idealne miejsce na 2-3 dyniowy pobyt w Phnom Penh. Dobra restauracja- w zakresie obiadu.

Cons:

Śniadania do poprawy-jedyny słaby punkt hotelu. Monotonne i z ubogą ofertą- zdecydowany kontrast prz bardzo dobrej ofercie obiadowej.

Buona posizione, albergo confortevole con ottimi letti e buona colazione.
Pros:

Letti confortevoli, struttura pulita, buona colazione, bella piscina.Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante ed è buono e prezzi in linea con la città. Personale gentilissimo.

Très très bien hotel de haut standing
Pros:

Très bien je recommande l’accueil du personnel et la réactivité par watsap ou sur la messagerie booking

Cons:

Le ménage est vraiment un peu bâclé notamment sur le vidage des poubelles et les verres tasses pas toujours nettoyé dans les chambres
