ホテルのスタッフの方たちがとても親切でした。チェックインの時間を早めて頂いたり、外出の度に声を掛けてくれたりと、とても感じが良かったです。ルーフトップバーのドリンクやフードも美味しく満足でした。部屋も広く清潔です。

Cons:

自然豊かなので仕方ないですが、プールに浮いている虫を取ってくれたら最高でした……！

I note other reviews have liked the hitel restaurant but I think the other local restaurants are better, especially for breakfast.

Very friendly staff, the room was spacious and had all the facilities you’d need.
Only thing was that the room smelled a little bit like it hadn’t been aired through for a while but besides that I had a good, comfortable stay.

Pros:

The hotel has wonderful staff, always ready to help. The food on-site was delicious. Drinks were great by the pool as well. The hotel is in a great location for accessing the markets and Pub street. Also the hotel connected us with a great Tuk tuk driver (shout out To Mas!). He drove us everywhere over our 4 days in Siem Reap.

Cons:

Next door could be a little noisy at night. Nothing ear plugs didn't easily solve.
