Wir sind nur eine Nacht geblieben, da wir im Anschluss eine Halongtour gemacht haben.
Pros:

Sehr sehr nettes Personal, die sehr bemüht sind es einem recht zu machen. Wir wurden sehr gut informiert über den Ablauf im Hotel. Sehr nette Dame an der Rezeption. Da unsere Tochter nicht gefrühstückt hat bekamen wir sogar das Geld für das gebuchte Frühstück zurück.
Personal 10 von 10 Punkten.

Cons:

Für 28 Euro und 3 Personen liegt das Hotel in einem guten Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Clean rooms, helpful staff and bang for your buck!
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It was quiet and a great value for money. The beds were comfortable but I wished there was a flatter pillow provided as my neck was a little sore in the morning. Bathrooms were clean and soap, shampoo and other items provided.

Khanh at reception was so helpful and easy to communicate with as her English is very good. My husband needed to get some medicine at the pharmacy for his allergies and head cold and she talked to our Grab driver and had him stop at a pharmacy on the way to our cruise check-in for Halong Bay. Thank you Khanh! 😄

Cons:

It’s in a quiet area of town and not as much around for restaurants choices as in other parts of the city.

Comfortable!!
Pros:

Friendly staff, helped suggest ha long bay cruises and communicate with transit companies for our return to Hanoi. Comfortable and private room which was ungraded on arrival and no extra charge.

Cons:

Our room had some noise/music from the beach clubs in the evenings. We used ear plugs/headphones and still slept fine. Plus the music stops around 11/12 but property not soundproof for anyone who needs this

Very pleased with this lovely hotel. Staff were super friendly and could not do enough for you. Their cafe is great too

Very clean, great size room and massive tv and very large comfortable queen beds. Very good WiFi.

Cons:

The hotel has messaged me on the day of arrival to inform me that they want to relocate me to another hotel due to overbook.

Fact #1: it's low season and the hotel I've stayed in in the end (500m from this one) was almost empty

Fact #2: I've reserved this hotel 4 days in advance and it was possible to inform me about the 'overbook' earlier

Pros:

Die Unterkunft bietet günstig einen Roller zum leihen an, mit dem man auf die andere Seite (über die Brücke) fahren kann.

Cons:

Dieser Teil von Ha Long hat viele leerstehende Gebäude. Es wurde offensichtlich viel für den Tourismus investiert, aber zur Zeit unseres Besuches war es wirklich menschenleer.

If I have chance to visit Halong again, I definitely will stay there.

The location is good , not bad. The hotel lobby was clean , the room as well very big because I got a free upgrade and the staff were wonderful
