החדר שודרג והיה מעולה, מרווח וכולל מקלחת חדשה, טלוויזיה ופינוקי רחצה. הפקידת קבלה ממש עוזרת כל מה שצריך כמו כביסה ופסטיבל של זיקוקי דינור , שיט כולל הסעה מהמלון

Pros:

La chambre est immense pour le prix. Équipe très sympathique.

Bien placé dans un quartier style France, avec des restaurants pas loin. Parc SunWorld à proximité que nous avons bcp aimé en famille.

Cons:

Les 2 beach club avec les basses à fond tous les soir jusqu’à minuit (mais ce n’est pas propre à cet hotel, tous les hôtels du coin sont concernés)

Pros:

The hotel and rooms were beautifully decorated and furnished. The mattress was soft and comfortable. The air conditioner was cold and effective. The room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable coming back to the room after a day of traveling. I was upgraded to a better room for free.

Cons:

The shower water temperature was inconsistent — it was hot one second and cold the next. There were four bedside power sockets, but only one could charge a phone. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money.

We liked the quiet location, close walking to market, beach and Vui Fest Ha long.
This is a quaint boutique Hotel with a built in cafe catering freshly cooked food and drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful particularly HA who is lovely. she spoke very good English and was extremely polite and helpful. Wonderful value for money.
