Very pleased with this lovely hotel. Staff were super friendly and could not do enough for you. Their cafe is great too
Pros:

Very clean, great size room and massive tv and very large comfortable queen beds. Very good WiFi.

Cons:

The hotel has messaged me on the day of arrival to inform me that they want to relocate me to another hotel due to overbook.

Fact #1: it's low season and the hotel I've stayed in in the end (500m from this one) was almost empty

Fact #2: I've reserved this hotel 4 days in advance and it was possible to inform me about the 'overbook' earlier

Pros:

Die Unterkunft bietet günstig einen Roller zum leihen an, mit dem man auf die andere Seite (über die Brücke) fahren kann.

Cons:

Dieser Teil von Ha Long hat viele leerstehende Gebäude. Es wurde offensichtlich viel für den Tourismus investiert, aber zur Zeit unseres Besuches war es wirklich menschenleer.

If I have chance to visit Halong again, I definitely will stay there.

The location is good , not bad. The hotel lobby was clean , the room as well very big because I got a free upgrade and the staff were wonderful

Court séjour très agréable à Halong city
Pros:

Un acceuil exceptionnel par Ha la jeune réceptionniste !! Elle s’est tout de suite préoccupée de ce dont nous pourrions avoir besoin ( et notamment si nous souhaitions donner notre linge à laver pour qu’il soit propre dès le lendemain.) Nous avons également eu droit à un surclassement, la chambre était grande et comprenait douche et baignoire. L’hôtel est agréable, à taille humaine et loin de l’agitation de certains quartiers d’Halong city. En 15/20 mn de route nous étions au port de croisière. Le rapport qualité prix de cet hôtel est excellent. Merci à Ha et son collègue d’avoir rendu ce séjour si agréable.

The price to quality range was definitely worth it. We got a surprise room upgrade with a huge bed and two small balconies and also got a discount for breakfast. Definitely worth it.

Hôtel cómodo y excelente precio
Pros:

Pieza amplia y cómoda, ubicado en un barrio muy bonito y elegante a 5 cuadras de la playa. El personal de recepción y especialmente Ha,fueron muy amables.

Cons:

El hotel no tiene desayuno pero si una cafetería con poca variedad para desayunar y el personal atiende mal
