We recommend
Pros:

Comfortable beds, clean, next to a bakery, cafes and restaurant. Quick laundry service. They booked the bus for us that picked us up in front of the hotel

Cons:

For people with mobility issues : we were on the 2nd floor without an elevator. It didn't bother us (they helped with the luggage)

Pros:

We stayed 1 night, it was good for that. Don’t expect the heating mode to work on the ac. We were here when it was very cold outside, but there were thick blankets to keep us warm.
