Qualidade dos moveis e equipamentos. Conforto, limpeza. Realmente me surpreendeu. E olha que sou constante no Lake Side

Flat espaçoso, cama confortável, chuveiro muito bom, bem localizado dentro do condomínio.

Cons:

Sugiro orientar a pessoa da limpeza que as cobertas de dormir devem ser lavadas sempre na troca de hóspedes. Estavam com cheiro horrível de suor e sujeira, tive q sair pra comprar sabão pra lavar, sorte q tem lava e seca. Esse foi o único ponto negativo. São extremamente leves e fáceis de lavar, nada justifica deixar usado de uma pessoa pra outra.

Vale a hospedagem, com restrições.
Pros:

Bom custo-benefício. Cozinha bem equipada, com mainha de lavar e secar. Duas televisões. Lazer do condomínio.
Uma das piscinas é aquecida.
Estacionamento interno grátis.

Cons:

Não tem cama. Apenas um sofá cama e dois colchonetes.
Tv sem canais abertos.
Não estava tão limpo quando cheguei e limpeza e troca de lençóis e toalhas apenas uma vez por semana.
