Really good for value stay in the area.
Pros:

Room was cleand and well-mantained. Bathroom felt clean and the water heater was working probler. There was also a drinking water dispenser for everyone at each floor, so having water supply was not a problem.

Cons:

The aircon was really nice and cold but a bit stuffy. We developed some allergies over our stay.
