Lovely hotel in an excellent location .. staff were very friendly and helpful .
Pros:

The original room we were allocated was lovely but had a very musty smell we noticed … as soon as I mentioned this the lady in reception found us another room immediately without any question and this was clean and lovely and she was so apologetic Lovely hotel room with everything you need for a short stay . Interaction with staff on booking and on arrival and departure was fantastic … this was third visit and will be returning soon .

Location was lovely, as were the staff. Family room was large and beds exceedingly comfortable.

Cons:

Being told the room was all ready for us but we were too early to check in and being charged £20 to unpack.

Great Hotel clean and comfortable and polite and friendly staff
Pros:

Very polite and helpful staff. Location close to Richmond Station makes it easy to travel to all parts of London. Also parking is a bonus.

Cons:

Maybe biscuits in the room would be appreciated
