Cons:

Could do with a low tog duvet in the summer months as although the air con is fab ,it gets too hot under a heavy duvet

Great location to enjoy Richmond with excellent staff and rooms.
Pros:

Beautiful and clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly- made our stay very comfortable and easy!

Cons:

Nothing bad to say- loved it.

Great place to stay for a couple of nights

Beautiful building and decor
Very friendly staff
Excellent breakfast and service
Very close to Kew Gardens and in the center for shops and places to eat.

Cons:

The room was a standard double room but very small. I had expected more space for the price. We only stayed one night so didn’t have much luggage but struggled to fit hanging clothes for two people as wedding guests in the wardrobe.
Parking at the hotel is very limited so you need to request a space and there is a charge.
