This place went beyond my expectations. Super nice location. With super nice staff. You really feel Richmond like your home when you see the hospitality by the hotel staff.
There are many local brunch restaurants run as family business. Very nice park beside the river. Don't miss the beautiful sunset view by the river.
You get very easy access to the London downtown via subway.
Note: the brunch photo down is from the Albert's Deli cafe.
No complaints to the property but you should know there is no gym in the hotel but you can go to Richmond Hills health club 5min walk and daily pass for 15 ponds.
Position . Style and vibe
Tiny room , tiny bathroom , couldn’t open window . Lumpy pillows !
Very stylish
The proximity to the train station and to buses
The room we had was very small. Not much room to move about in.
We liked the location and the staff at reception.
Issues at breakfast with the order of service and waitresses. Full English Breakfast was not very good in taste or size. Coffee in the restaurant was bad quality.
Great breakfast, lovely staff, great location
Ventilation unit seems to carry noise from another bedroom
Location, cleaniness
Lack of space in room and bathroom
fantastic staff, great breakfast, nice and clean, very good location, close to the underground station.
room size
It was really plush. The foyer and the bar were really comfortable and beautifully decorated.
Our room cost £185, but it was absolutely tiny!
Lovely room. Staff were helpful and friendly.
PAS BEAUCOUP DE PLACE DANS LA SALLE DE BAIN.Pas des étagères.
The staff absolutely made the hotel as remarkable as it was.
