the location excellent, staff wonderful, only a few things we didn't like but lots of things we did
Pros:

Very nice hotel, very clean, lovely deco and very friendly staff, nice breakfast

Cons:

there were 2 double beds in our room (there were 3 of us) very nice room but lacking drawers and coat hangers. The bedside tables instead of being round could have been a small set of drawers. No toast at breakfast offered.
unfortunately the people in the room above us were having a party until very late.

Pros:

Lovely building very conveniently situated. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Very noisy air conditioning in bedroom which staff were unable to switch off. Eventually we were moved during the night to another room which was fine but rather disruptive.

Really lovely, Natalia in reception made sure everything with our stay was to our comfort and, she couldn’t be more help
Pros:

Location was ideal,

Cons:

The windows on both rooms need adjusting a lot. They’re very antiquated and don’t block out much noise. Bathtub is not very friendly for mature and elderly people as trying to get out of the bath tub even as a young guy it was kind of challenging as the interiors are very slippy. There’s no handrail to lift yourself up, all very nice and aesthetic, but a few touches wouldn’t go a miss in making it more practical.

Great location but disappointed with the room.
Cons:

The fan of the air conditioner was too noisy. There was no guidance as to how to switch it off altogether so sleeping through the night with continuous fan noise was unpleasant.
