Clean , beautiful, stylish , met on arrival by Kelly the receptionist who was very friendly and efficient.. breakfast was great

not great the hotel is aware of the issues raised.
Pros:

Staff great, location good for Richmond.

Cons:

As per my official complaint the air con we could not switch off so this kept us awake and the windows in the room were poorly maintained and screwed shut and we only had housekeeping for one of the two nights we stayed

Très bon petit déjeuner, quelle que soit la formule choisie.
Accueil au top super gentil et très serviable

Cons:

Lors d'une prochaine rénovation (assurément pas nécessaire pour l'instant) prévoir des douches vs baignoires car plus pratiques pour des personnes moins à l'aise physiquement

Great boutique hotel, really relaxing stay
Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel, 5 minutes walk from Richmond High Street.

Warm and professional reception staff; quite small but very comfortable and well furnished and equipped room with large double bed, great bathroom, with strong shower over bath and really good lighting. Room and public areas of hotel spotlessly clean.

Really nice bar / breakfast room area, great choice of continental and cooked breakfasts.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend and would hope to stay again.
