Pros:

Прекрасный отель. Расположение замечательное, можно легко добраться или дойти до многих локаций. Рядом метро. Окна нашего номера выходили на линию метро, поезда было слышно, но не критично. В номере очень чисто. В ванной хорошие средства для использования. Бесплатный минибар. У нас был доступ в лаунж зону, там тоже замечательный персонал, напитки и перекус. Рядом комната для курения. Завтраки потрясающие. Очень понравились завтраки на втором этаже с обслуживанием . На завтраках на первом этаже шведский стол и очень много народу.

Wonderful hotel in a super convenient location
Pros:

Fantastic hotel! We loved our time here so much that we came back for an extra night at the end of our trip. Everyone we interacted with was kind and professional. Staff went above and beyond. The breakfast was one of the highlights for us—wonderful variety of fresh food. The room was very clean with a ton of amenities. Appreciated the comfortable pajamas provided. The location was extremely convenient. We will definitely be back!

丁寧で温かい接客を実感できるホテル
Pros:

3回目の宿泊。過去2回は、ラウンジは20階の隠れ家的な場所でカクテルなどを提供してくれていたが、今回は２１階のラウンジで軽い食事、お酒などが提供されるバイキング方式になっていてびっくり。昔のラウンジも素晴らしかったが、21階のクラブラウンジでも素晴らしい夜景と親切なスタッフに出会え本当に嬉しかった。第一ホテル東京はなんといっても丁寧で温かい接客が素晴らしい。ここに宿泊して良かったと毎回思うホテル。次回もまた利用したい。

Cons:

三日目のハウスキーピングでロクシタンバスボムの補充忘れ。でも些細なこと。

Family of 4, staying for 8 nights
Pros:

Staff were amazing!! Bell boys (and girls) service was 10/10. Rooms were dated, but spacious for our family. Location was walking distance to so many places and lots of convenient stores and shops near by. Absolutely would stay again.

I was disappointed. The hotel advertises as an upper end hotel but the rooms were in need of reno.

It is in terrible need of renovation. Carpets (hallway and room) were stained, fixtures and decor were outdated. Only 2/3 elevators worked and they were slow.

Pros:

Excellent location near central Tokyo, 2 min walk to Ginza area. Property has direct connection to Shinbashi train/metro station so super easy to get around.
Excellent rooms, staff, breakfast, all facilities. Excellent choice.
