Pros:

The hotel exceeded expectations. The service, even for Japan, where service is always good, was of the highest level. Everything was very clean, and the room had absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel offers a luggage delivery service, which is especially important when departing, luggage are delivered to the airport on the same day. Directly from the hotel, you can reach the subway station underground in just 5 minutes

A must stay option for Tokyo area!!!
Pros:

From check in to check out, the staff at the hotel treated us very well. We were greeted with a smile and bow each time we exited or entered the property. They were so professional and courteous. The location is also excellent. Minutes walking to many eateries, shopping, and cultural activities. Being across the street from Shinbashi station is a plus!!! The rooms were comfortable and pretty spacious by Japan standards. Very clean and pretty well maintained. We will be staying here again for sure!!! Thank you Dai-ichi Hotel Tokyo and Aloha.

Pros:

A fantastic family stay in Tokyo with beautiful Tokyo Tower views an excellent lounge, spacious room
Pros:

This was our first stay at this hotel during one of our many visits to Tokyo, and it was an excellent experience for our family. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a wonderful view of Tokyo Tower that we enjoyed both day and night. The location was outstanding. The hotel is well connected to both JR and Metro lines, making it easy to reach Ginza, Tokyo Station, Shibuya, and other major attractions. We also loved the neighborhood which felt lively yet relaxed, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. The lounge was another highlight of our stay, we visited it many times and always enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere, great service, and excellent selection of refreshments. Overall, the hotel offered a perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and hospitality.

Cons:

There was very little to dislike during our stay. If there was one small area for improvement, it would be to offer a slightly wider breakfast selection. Other than that, everything met our expectations.

Pros:

Property is very classic which is refreshing

Cons:

staff struggled with english not all could speak adequately .. some even would get upset if you couldn't speak Japanese .. this is a full Japanese hotel so I was expecting this anyways .. house keeping did not fully clean the rooms too

I understand why they are #1 hotel, and trying to maintain that status.
Pros:

Options for breakfast were great... I particularly enjoyed the set menus, both Western and Japanese and the peaceful dining hall. The staff were great... they tried to make it work with any of our (complex) requests! Room )including the bed) was spacious, comfortable and clean. Porters were super-helpful! There was always a taxi ready when we needed one. I loved the charm of the old-world building, combined with the modern updates. Also lots of options for food!

Cons:

I would have appreciated a little more "free space" in the lobby to sit and connect with friends/family.

즐거운 가족여행에 숙소가 한몫 했습니다.
Pros:

80대 아버지를 모시고 간 여행이었는데요. 우선 위치가 신바시역과 가까워서 이동하기 좋았고, 체크인 할 때 예약이 잘못되어 곤란한 상황을 유연하게 해결해 주셨습니다. 창 밖으로 도쿄 타워 야경을 볼 수 있어 좋았고, 숙소에 어매니티도 잘 갖춰져 있어 여러모로 편리했어요. 조식은 2층 레스토랑에서 먹었는데, 맛있고 여유 있게 먹었습니다.

Хороший отель в классическом стиле рядом с Гинзой. Рядом метро, достопримечательности, огромное количество магазинов и ресторанов. Отель уже далеко ни новый, но чистый и комфортный с замечательным персоналом. Однозначно рекомендую

My second stay and will certainly book again when I return to Tokyo.
Pros:

Proximity to station and lots of dining options near the hotel. Underground connection to Shimbashi station although you must be familiar with the route. Room was spacious and clean and had a high floor with great view.

only thing that upset me was that there is no GYM. and the solution of the next building do's does not meet my expectation, it is not part of the hotel properties, and it is a bit dated
