Perfect
Pros:

Very kind staff. Great location. Easy walking distance to Tokyo station. Under pass to shimbashi station. Wonderful club lounge.
Laundrette nearby. Great value for money.

Cons:

The property is a little dated. But I would stay here again.

A++ Stay! Couldn't have been any more perfect
Pros:

This was our second stay at Dai-ichi Hotel and it will be the only place we ever stay at while in Tokyo. The location is fantastic, right near the Shimbashi train station, and central to all the different neighborhoods in Tokyo. The staff is super attentive and friendly, willing to accommodate their guests any way they can. The hotel itself is super clean and luxurious - they host weddings here so you know it's nice. And contrary to many hotel rooms in Tokyo, the rooms here are massive. The bed is like a king bed on steroids! Overall this is an AMAZING hotel and worth every penny if you're visiting Tokyo.

Pros:

Staff very polite
Location good

Cons:

Non smart tv - no Netflix etc
No coffee machine only tea bag type sachets
No seating in reception area’ just a few chairs by concierge.
Rooms a little tired especially the bathrooms.
Beds ok but pillows either very hard or very soft.
You can hear trains from the nearby station
Breakfast buffet was pretty terrible. Far better options outside the hotel.

Good size. Nice view of Tokyo Tower.

Cons:

Site said extra bed, but small, uncomfortable roll away. Price was outrageous for no added value. Explained that sink cold water handle came completely off and shower handle very difficult to adjust temperature, and they said they'd tell housekeeping. This is a maintenance issue.

Parking was full. Had to park across the street. No way to get out of the garage without walking up the parking ramp for at least two levels and the same way down with no explanation!
