調度品やロビーの雰囲気等々はよかった。また部屋の広さに対して水回りもしっかりあり、アメニティも基本時なものはそろっており不便なく過ごせた。

Cons:

エトワールが閉まっていることはわかってはいたが、それにしても代わりの朝食ビュッフェはかなり残念だった。品数の少なさがめだち、特に際立った品物もなかった。セットメニューは食べられないものも出てきてしまい残してしまうのがもったいなくてやめた。また、チェックインの際に朝食についてよくわからず尋ねたかったが、詳しくはTVの案内を見てくださいと言われたのも残念だった。部屋のテレビの案内をつけたが、結局わからず朝食会場にて尋ねることとなった。

A classic, comfortable stay in a perfect location for exploring the city.
Pros:

The location is unbeatable—very close to Shimbashi Station, making it easy to get around Tokyo. The room had a lovely classic, European-style charm and was much more spacious than the average Tokyo hotel room. The staff was incredibly professional and helpful.

Good location that is walking distance from the train station as well as the castle. The spa on the roof top is excellent.

Cons:

I liked everything but I do wish they had a few more Western items for the breakfast. Our room was facing the train station and you can hear the trains.
