Exceeded our expectations!
Pros:

We booked two rooms for our family of 2 adults and two adult children for 10 nights -- Jr Suite and premium twin. The twin room had a gorgeous view of Tokyo Tower. Highly recommend booking premium rooms as you get complimentary snacks & beverages in your room that is restocked daily, executive lounge access, pool access, and breakfast. It's definitely a lot of bang for your buck! Both rooms were spotless, well-appointed, comfortable and roomy. We really enjoyed the executive lounge and loved starting and/or ending each evening there with a snack and drink. The staff was lovely -- very professional and friendly. The location is excellent!! Tons of restaurant options and there is also a Lawson's right across the street. Shimbashi Station basically across the road -- about a 5 min walk away. Ginza for high end shops and department stores is a short 10 min. walk. My family loved the hotel and our kids explored the city on their own easily with the train station being so close by. We would definitely stay here again!!

Café da manha oriental e ocidental. Variado e saboroso. Quartos grandes e confortáveis. Localização ótima. Atendimento atencioso.

Cons:

Banheiro um pouco antigo e armário senti falta de prateleiras. E na descrição diz que tem academia porem fica fora e com custo extra.

Fantastisch verblijf en centraal gelegen in Tokyo
Pros:

Hotel ligt zeer centraal, en is voorzien van alle faciliteiten. De kamers waren ruim, het ontbijt was fantastisch en de bediening zoals je mag verwachten in Japan.
