Das Wetter war sehr gut und wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Preis ist für diese Region gut. Sonst bezahlt man viel mehr, obwohl auch nicht mehr geboten wird. Die Lage ist gut und es gibt Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon nicht mehr ganz aktuell. Da hat sich in den letzten Jahren kaum etwas geändert. Aber uns hat es trotzdem sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber es gab nur eine Sorte (helles) Brot. Da sollte mehr Auswahl sein!

Hotel strano, colazione a fr. 25,..pp con cose vecchie e di scarsa qualità

La presa in giro, sul sito si parla pure di un ristorante o osteria, nulla di tutto ciò. Nemmeno la possibilità di acquistare un lt. di acqua

Grosses helles Zimmer, sehr nette und unkomplizierte Menschen an der Reception, super zentral gelegen, auch für ÖV.

Cons:

Pros:

Hote se nachází v centru menšího města na poměrně klidném místě. Pokoje splňují spíše nižší standard. Pokud cestujete západní Evropou a zavítáte i do Švýcarska nemůžete očekávat, že kvalita ubytování v této cenové hladině bude stejná jako v okolních zemích. Přes fakt, že cena ubytování v tomto hotelu byla násobně vyšší než v Německu, Rakousku a Itálii, kvalita ubytování a přístup personálu byl na naší cestě po území pěti států nejméně příjemný. Švýcarsko je zkátka neúměrně drahé a musíte počítat s nižší kvalitou za vysší cenu než byste zaplatili např. v Německu nebo Rakousku. Také zde není obvyklé, že by něco (jako např. parkování) bylo v ceně ubytování. Ve Švýcarsku platí, že za vše, za co by mohl host teoreticky zaplatit, to bude mít na účtě :-). Na to si, ale nelze stěžovat, tak to prostě je by principal a pokud jste se rozhodli překročit hranice tohoto státu akceptovali jste tento princip :-).

Cons:

Personál v recepci působil zmateně. Nejdříve paní recepční chtěla ID jen od jedné osoby za každý pokoj a po výměně služby, začal nově příchozí pan recepční horečně shánět to co zřejmě jeho kolegyně předtím zanedbala. I přes fakt, že se pán choval velmi zdvořile, rušil tím náš odpolední program. Evidentně potřeboval IDs i od ostatních členů naší výpravy což je samozřejmě logické, nicméně měla to udělat recepční již při checkin.

Praktisch für einen kürzeren Aufentalt
Pros:

Nettes Personal, super Frühstück

Cons:

Die Nachtessen bei Halbpension waren wenig ansprechend, es gab genügend und wurde sehr nett und gekonnt serviert. Die offerierten Menüs sowie Getränke waren oft nicht mehr erhältlich und die Speisekarte war mager.
