Pros:

Staff was extremely friendly and happy to help. Easy to navigate the hotel interior/find the rooms. It was also fairly quiet which was nice. Very rustic feel.

Cons:

They did not have any more parking spots available which was disappointing. We ended up having to pay for a parking spot near by. It would have been good to know that parking is not guaranteed. There is a parking lot down the road that has free overnight parking (7pm-7am) but if you plan on arriving before then, you would have to pay.

Sehr nettes Personal und sehr sauber aber nicht mehr zeitgemaess.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich,das Zimmer ist ausreichend gross

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist ausreichend gross aber renovierungsbeduerftig! Die Armaturen uralt, die Wassertemperatur schwankt beim Duschen stark. Es ist sehr muehsam und auch nicht ganz ungefaehrlich in die Badewanne zu steigen um hinter einem provisorisch angebrachten und zu langem Vorhang zu duschen.
Das Fruehstueck war ausreichend aber rel teuer.

No Volveria a este hotel. Lo Unico positivo, la vista desde el balcon de la habitacion
Pros:

contraté una habitacion FAMILIAR para 4 personas, mi marido, yo y mis dos hijas de 4 y 11 años, (la niña de 4 tiene autismo y debe dormir en la misma habitacion que nosotros) cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que x un error de Booking teniamos solo una habitacion doble con una cama matrimonial. despues de esperar 15 minutos, me dijeron que me iban a dar una habitacion mas grande, cuando llegamos solo estaba la cama matrimonial.. pedi que me den un colchol al menos y no me dieron lugar de agregar, al menos un colchon en el suelo. a las 2 horas me llamaron para ofrecerme otra habitacion doble. El problena es que con la condicion de mi hija no nos separamos los padres. No me resolvia nada y no la acepté

Cons:

la asignacion de habitaciin acorde a lo que CONTRATÉ y PAGUE, (me dijeron que reclame a Booking el refound por la diferencia)
El desayuno muy pobre, las frutas golpeadas, no quedaba mas fiambre a las 9 a.m. ...ni hielo tenian, (para el citrix de naranja caliente)

Je reviendrai volontiers pour 1 nuit, si je voyage dans la région.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était tout bien en terme de rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

La dame qui servait n'était pas très joviale au début m'assurant que je n'avais pas payé le petit-déjeuner. J'ai ressenti un déli de faciès étant de couleur de peau foncée. J'ai du insister pour lui dire que OUI j'avais payé. Cela m'a un peu destabilisée. Ensuite elle est venu s'excuser et c'était ok.

Je trouve dommage que l'on ne parle pas du tout le français, pour un lieu touristique comme Samedan.

Les lits dans un caisson ne sont pas très confortable. Mais pour 1 nuit cela allait très bien.

Region wunderschön, aber getrübt über die beschriebenen Situationen.
Pros:

Beim chekin keine Information über den Passepartout. Ab 2 nächten wären alle Bergbahnen gratis gewesen. Wir habe für Corvatsch und Pizz Nair für 2 Personen 280 Franken ausgegeben. Keine Rückerstattung vom Hotel. Daher Bewertung 1🥹🥹🥹
