Avoid this place at all costs!
Pros:

The location is ok, not far from the beach

Cons:

Very bad experience. The room is extremely noisy: it is at street level, with non-soundproof windows facing a busy bus stop. You can hear everything, including conversations, cars, and buses from early morning until late at night. There is also an air vent in the wall through which cigarette smoke from people at the bus stop enters the room, making it very uncomfortable. The room is tiny you won't be able to use the chair and the desk without obstructing the way.
The place is in poor condition: constant smell of old food, the sink gets clogged, and the facilities are old and worn out.
The bathroom is shared and there is only one for everyone, so it is almost always occupied, which is very inconvenient.
The host was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful.
Additionally, guests are forced to install an app on their phone to access the property, which is not informed in advance.
I would not stay here again and do not recommend it.

Standard room for a quick stay but not properly prepared. Would not repeat.
Pros:

The place is good for a short stay. It is quite convenient to manage your ins and outs with the apps. The room was comfortable but only for one person.

Cons:

There were people staying there for the semester or as a student residency and that is not on the details. Their habits and way of living can collide with the habits of people just passing through (fridge full, different sleeping habits, people going in and out at late hours). The rooms in the back are quite noisy since they are not sound proof and the window is right behind a bus stop, which was not discalimed either. I had to use a white noise on my phone to sleep well. Rooms are quite small and not made for 2 people.

Exceptional quality, value and comfort.
Pros:

I loved my stay at La Reina. My room was gorgeous and very comfortable, with a beautiful ensuite. The apartment itself was very well-appointed and kept extremely clean. It was close to the beach, shops and some great restaurants. On top of this, the host was extremely responsive and went out of her way to assist me with my booking at very short notice despite her being out of the country at the time. I cannot recommend La Reina enough, and hope to be back sometime soon.

Pros:

Todo muy nuevo y muy limpio. Hay de todo en las zonas comunes, cocina, baño. La dueña nos salvo de quedarnos tirados en la calle después de haber sufrido una estafa. Muy recomendable.

Cons:

Al ir todo con una aplicación para la puerta de entrada puede llevar a problemas. Dependes de tener siempre bateria y no olvidar el telefono dentro.
Al ser un bajo se oye el ruido.

Pros:

L'isolation de la chambre (n°6) avec l'extérieur est catastrophique. L'air passe (les rideaux bougent). C'est excessivement bruyant (quand des gens parelent à l'extérieur vous avez l'impression qu'ils sont dans la chambre. Impossible de dormir sans boule quiess ou boouchons d'oreille. Le manque d'isolation doit être assez terrible dans des conditions plus fraiches.

Cons:

Obligation d'avoir un téléphone pour ouvrir la porte. Parfait la plupart du temps mais quand tu sors juste pour courir ou faire le marathon (et que tu cours sans téléphone) une clé ou un code à la porte d'entrée est un complément utile à étudier. Le tarif est excessif. 180 euros la nuit en cuisine et salle de bain partagé parce que c'est le marathon alors que le tarif la semaine d'avant ou après est à 70 €. excessif à cette période mais je n'avais pas le choix avec une annulation de dernière minute par mon hôte. Les autres chambre doivent être également bruyantes si l'isolation des fenêtres n'est pas meilleure.
