Armadio troppo piccolo per due persone , la camera è per tre persone, le prese di corrente lontane dal letto, in bagno non c'era il supporto per la doccia, non c'era una scopa e uno straccio per poter pulire, premesso che non ho usato il piano cottura perché pranzato e cenato fuori, insomma una,stanza n9n tanto provvista di comodità.. se non la posizione circa 400 mt dalla,spiaggia. Un consiglio ai proprietari con dei piccoli accorgimenti potreste ricevere dei complimenti ovviamente questo vale per la camera che mi hanno fornito.. peccato

Kind host, clean rooms, lovely setting.
Pros:

The host was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean, we got towels and a hairdryer upon request, the view from the balcony is really nice you can see the whole island. Has parking space. You can walk to town in 10-15 mins, there's a few restaurants even closer. It's really great value for money.

Pros:

The host was very helpful and gave us good tips for our stay in Ksamil. The apartment was clean with a small kitchenette (with plates and cutlery) and bathroom. The location was just a short walk from beaches and restaurants, and 20 minutes from the Sarande-Ksamil Bus stop.

Cons:

We would have liked to have an extra blanket to cover up at night as there was only a very thin sheet. The shower was a bit small but manageable.

In conclusion, this place is a dream destination.
Pros:

This is a private, peaceful place away from the city's noise. The surrounding fence creates a sense of security, which is great for parking a car. The beach is within walking distance, though I often went to farther beaches.

The room is spacious with a large balcony where you can enjoy the best views of the city and the ocean. The hosts are flexible in addressing any issues and are very hospitable.

Cons:

One minor inconvenience was the ongoing road construction in the area, which made navigating by car a bit challenging as Google Maps did not have updated routes. Despite this, the overall experience was very positive.
