good for a stay in Balikpapan
Pros:

Good for staying in Balikpapan. Pretty close to the main mall, area was quiet and seemed okay. Close to a very good seafood restaurant. Room smelled a bit moist, or maybe the cleaning products were a bit strong, everything looked clean. Aircon was good, room did not have windows, I would say mainly good for just sleeping. First time in my life I used the tv in the room for netflix which was cool.

Cons:

the smell of the room when you enter but you get used to it, not very dirty or anything
