Preço justo. Bom quarto, preparado para o frio, com chão de madeira e calefação. Cama confortável. Água quente no bom chuveiro e na pia do banheiro.

A manutenção do banheiro. Apesar de ser bem antigo, poderia ser mais bem cuidado. Passa um aspecto de desleixo.

Hotel com ótima localização na cidade de São Joaquim. Hotel com boas acomodações, chuveiro muito bom para o frio, café da manhã com sucos, frutas e comidas típicas, além de uma pequena cozinha disponível para os ocupantes do Hotel. Gostei muito de ficar hospedado!

Ótimo culto benefício mas reserve quartos de fundos caso tenha intolerância a barulho de carros

Hotel bem ajeitado, limpo, cama confortável, chuveiro ótimo e staff cordial. O café da manhã com bastante opções saborosas. Estacionamento amplo.

Cons:

O hotel fica em uma avenida que é uma rodovia então os quartos virados para a frente são bem barulhentos. Tivemos que mudar de quarto e pagar uma taxa por ser um quarto de outra categoria. Então se vc tem problemas com barulhos, já avisa no momento da reserva para reservar um quarto de fundos

Minha estadia no Alto da Serra Hotel foi excelente. Tudo muito bom, desde o atendimento até as instalações. O quarto era confortável, limpo e muito aconchegante. O café da manhã estava ótimo, com bastante variedade e tudo muito saboroso. Recomendo o hotel para quem deseja conhecer a serra e ter uma estadia tranquila e agradável. Com certeza voltarei!

Cons:

A única sugestão de melhoria seria ter um estacionamento coberto para motos. Como a região é muito fria e pode haver geada, esse espaço seria um diferencial para quem viaja de motocicleta. No restante, tudo foi excelente.
