Very nice and modern apartment with a free upgrade, the little pool and the garden with the fruit trees and nice flowers

Cons:

It was very difficult to find,not a clear sign of ApartCasa on the outside of the gate!

Cons:

The first night loud music kept me up all night. I hardly slept. The next day at sundown it started up again clearly it was going to go all night again. I packed up and left. I paid $162.50 for three nights I stayed one and got 50 bucks back.

Accomodatie geschikt voor kort verblijf om omgeving Uvita te bezoeken indien je niet te hoge verwachtingen hebt.
Pros:

De keuken was goed uitgerust en had o.a. 4 pitjes om op te koken. Ook de smart tv werkte goed en de gastvrouw was behulpzaam. Tot slot fijn dat de auto bij de accommodatie achter een hek kon worden geparkeerd.

Cons:

Geen warm water in de keuken en enkel in de douche bij zachte straal. Ook is het ver lopen naar het nationale park / centrum van Uvita. In de directe omgeving van de accommodatie valt niet veel te beleven. Tussentijdse schoonmaak en vervanging van handdoeken bij langer verblijf (4 nachten) zou fijn zijn.

Great little spot to rest between beach days
Pros:

The property manager is very nice. Whenever something came up as an issue she was available to solve it. Fully functional kitchen. Near to the beach by bike (no direct access so walking is more like 20min +). Ac and internet worked well.

Cons:

The place was just renovated so not everything worked perfectly, but i gave a list to the property manager. It is annexed to the house of the property manager so not a remote private location
