Can’t wait to go back!
Pros:

One of my favorite staycations! Spacious room with AC and a restaurant on site which served fresh and delicious meals! We also enjoyed a great couples massage in the Spa.

Cons:

We were disappointed that we didn’t get to use the sauna or cold plunge due to power outages. However this is quite standard in Nicaragua, so it just means we will have to visit again soon!

Price not worth the value of the property
Pros:

Very clean

Cons:

Pool was under maintenance for one of our days. Location isn’t the greatest, for the price we were far away from most things and not even on the beach.
Booked a shuttle to the airport from the front desk an it ended up being over an hour late and we were then left booking our own so we weren’t late.
Was told doing laundry would take 2 hours. Dropped it off at 8:30 am and didn’t get it back until 4pm

Restaurant très bon, personnel adorable, chambres confortables, hotel design, bon rapport qualité prix

Cons:

Il manque un frigo dans les chambres.
L’agencement de l’espace autour de la piscine n’est pas idéal (absence d’ombre pour les transats) mais une extension devrait ouvrir fin décembre.
Nous sommes arrivés au restaurant à 11h20 pour déjeuner et nous n’avons pas été servi avant 12h20 alors que notre taxi partait à 12h30 car nous avons dû attendre qu’ils préparent la nourriture pour un groupe faisant une retraite sur place.. je trouve ça dommage sachant que le groupe n’est pas arrivé avant 12h et sachant que nous étions également clients de l’hôtel.

Ya he ido varias veces.. el lugar es excelente lo que mas me gusta es la privacidad el servicio e instalaciónes

Cons:

En el hotel hay un sauna y una tina de agua helada.. , lo use el dia que llegué y noté que la tina de agua helada estaba sucio.. tenía material y residuos flotando en el agua. A pesar que le dije al personal ese mismo dia, dijeron que la iban a cambiar l, al dia siguiente fui de nuevo y seguía mas sucias, y olia horrible. Esto fue una mala experiencia. Espero que mejoren y se fijen en estos detalles.

Un hotel cómodo y limpio

Un lugar muy bonito, limpio y cómodo.

Cons:

La calle para llegar al alojamiento estaba muy dañada. No me gusto que te solicitan los datos de tu tarjeta en un documento por cualquier cargo adicional y que se queden con esa información.
