Ya he ido varias veces.. el lugar es excelente lo que mas me gusta es la privacidad el servicio e instalaciónes

Cons:

En el hotel hay un sauna y una tina de agua helada.. , lo use el dia que llegué y noté que la tina de agua helada estaba sucio.. tenía material y residuos flotando en el agua. A pesar que le dije al personal ese mismo dia, dijeron que la iban a cambiar l, al dia siguiente fui de nuevo y seguía mas sucias, y olia horrible. Esto fue una mala experiencia. Espero que mejoren y se fijen en estos detalles.

Un lugar muy bonito, limpio y cómodo.

Cons:

La calle para llegar al alojamiento estaba muy dañada. No me gusto que te solicitan los datos de tu tarjeta en un documento por cualquier cargo adicional y que se queden con esa información.

Location, hotel and staff were incredible. Elyin was the best surf guide and a wonderful human. All the staff was kind and friendly. Will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely loved our stay!
Pros:

Although the access to the hotel is a little irregular, once you get there it’s worth. The staff is very attentive to the requests of the guest. The restaurant offers an excellent menu of drinks and the food is great

Tranquil and relaxing
Pros:

Location is great. We got chatting to the owners a couple of times and they are so lovely, there to help with any info on where to go and what to do in the area. The staff were amazing, so friendly and polite, nothing seemed too much to ask, they made it feel like a home away from home. The room is very spacious, beds super comfy and a very good size. Tranquil feeling from the moment you step inside, such a beautiful spot. Restaurant serves excellent food, the staff remembered our names straight away and made us feel so welcomed we ended up eating in more than we thought we would. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or to recommend.

The whole experience was fantastic, nothing we didn't like.

Stunning !
Pros:

Beautiful spot which we were delighted to stay 5 nights in. Amazing rooms and outdoor area it looks just like the photos. Food was outstanding. Staff were all friendly and helpful. There is a mini supermarket and a few good restaurants close by. Yoga / Pilates teachers were great and we enjoyed the sauna and ice bath.

Cons:

Be aware that the beach that’s closest to the property isn’t ideal for swimming it is quite rocky and when I was there had big waves on shore. The main surf break is about 30 mins walk away and the main Popoyo area is best accessed by car or motorcycle. There are limited taxis or other options to get around. So be prepared to walk a little bit if you don’t rent a motorbike.

The rooms are not super private as they do face the pool area, but you can close the curtains. I had room 1 which I found was probably the best for privacy as it’s down the end.
