Pros:

Sweet and comfy apartment in a quiet backstreet close to Ataturk street and all shops and restaurants.

Cons:

It was only one air condition, In the bed room, and it was a bit weak. The rest of the apartment was hot as I had balcony and windows son the pool side with sun all day. Nice place but too quiet for a single traveller.

Ilmastointi kuului hintaan

Cons:

Varasimme "sviitin" viikoksi. Varauksessa luki "merinäköala/näköala kalelle", tämmöistä huonetta emme saaneet. Ylimmän kerroksen huoneet täynnä.
Huoneessa pistorasiat lähti irti seinästä, tai oli jätetty pelkkä kolo.
Sohvat likaisia. Parvekkeella rikkonaisia tuoleja.
Keittiön hellan laittaessa päälle, meni asunnosta sulake.
Toinen parvekkeen ovi ei edes auennut.
Siivoojia ei nähty koko viikkona koko hotellissa. Roskapusseja käytävillä.
Kävimme kysymässä 3pv jälkeen, voisiko huoneemme siivota ja saada puhtaat pyyhkeet/lakanat, sanoivat tämän onnistuvan. Siivoojat tulivat kuitenkin vasta viimeisenä päivänä.
Puhtaat pyyhkeet ja wc paperi, piti käydä respasta hakemassa.
Parvekkeella lintujen ulostetta.
Makuuhuoneessa ainut ilmastointilaite, riitti vain makuuhuoneen viilennykseen, muuten asunnossa tukahduttavan kuuma.
En tätä valitettavasti pysty suosittelemaan kenellekkään.

Asukoht oli hea.
Basseini ala oli perega mugav.
Hommikusöögil teenindav poiss oli väga tore ja abivalmis.

Cons:

Tubade koristus oli olematu.
Isegi kui nad sattusid tuppa siis seda ei saanud nimetada koristuseks. Unustasid pooled voodipesud vooditesse panna ning wc- paber oli koguaeg puudu.
6korrusel WiFi ei toiminud korralikult.
Hommikusöök igal hommikul sama.

Dårligste lejlighed vi nogensinde har boet i.
Pros:

Sengen og beliggenheden var god. Det ydre af hotellet så meget fint ud. Værten og damerne i receptionen var flinke og smilende. Aircondition gratis.

Cons:

Lejligheden var gammel og meget slidt. Stikkontakter hang ud af væggen. Man kunne ikke regulere vandet i bruseren, det skiftede mellem koldt og meget varmt hele tiden. Der var ingen hårtørrer, fik dog en udleveret i receptionen. Der var kun 2 badehåndklæder, ingen håndklæder til at tørre fingre i efter toiletbesøg, måtte selv hente i receptionen. Hotellet gjorde ikke opmærksom på, at man skulle hænge noget på døren, hvis man ville have gjort rent. Der lå ikke sådan et skilt i lejligheden man skulle bruge. Køkkenvasken mere eller mindre stoppet. Fryseren i køleskabet var fyldt med is, så man ikke kunne bruge den. Køkkenservice meget sparsom. Ingen gryde - kun en defekt pande.

Cons:

Rengøringen, fik ikke skiftet sengetøjet, og kun skiftet håndklæder 2 gange på 14 dage, kun redt sengene 1 gang. Meget utilfreds, Inge fejning eller vasket gulv.

Nice outdoor areas, but dirty rooms.
Pros:

The location is very nice. The lobby and outdoor areas are lovely. The staff is very friendly.

Cons:

The room did not look clean at all, especially the kitchen. We bought wet wipes and clean surfaces (the picture of the fridge is after we cleaned it, it was even worse).

Neither the kettle nor the hairdryer worked. The drain in the shower did not work either.

No one came to clean the room during our stay.

The food was way too expensive.

The furniture is old, but that's ok.

Worst place ever
Cons:

All the information you shared on your website is wrong.Have never seen a more dirty apartment hotel like casa cleo suit.During our stay for 13 days the room was cleaned 3 times and that too after complaining.On your website you say cleaning every day but according to the hotel it' every 3 rd day.On your website it says it's aircondition yes it was but only in the bedroom and it almost did not work as it should.We felt cheated by booking.com.The stafg did not speak English and used google translate to communicate.We paid a lot of money for this shitty place.Will never use booking.com any more that's for sure!!

A really good value stay at a well run hotel
Pros:

Great location. Breakfast was included. Rooms are basic but perfectly adequate and cleaned by the lovely cleaner every day. Pool is very nice and has some welcome shaded areas. Our top floor balcony with views on the castle was fantastic.

Cons:

We could have done with some more cutlery and crockery. Music could be a bit loud at the pool in the afternoon. We preferred the more chilled playlists at a lower volume.

Cons:

Very bad customer service.
Very bad air conditioning and electricity break down to air conditioning many times a day. No support to fix it timely. We couldn’t sleep at 2 nights. Reception don’t take responsibility to fix problems timely.
Water was leaking from Ceiling in washroom at night.

GREAT PLACE TO CHOOSE FOR YOUR STAY
Pros:

Perfectly located in the very centre of the city. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants in the area, as well as stores nearby if you prefer to cook yourself - which you are able to do at the property.

We visited 2 times and both times we had a room with a kitchen, all of the necessary cooking stuff is available. The only thing is that there is no oil for cooking, but maybe you can ask the kitchen or buy a little bottle for your stay and then leave it at the property. :)

There IS airconditioning in every room, which is a savior for hot days.

Breakfast that they are offering was more than enough for me and my husband. They were serving a plate which had - vegetables, cheese, olives, fruits, some greens, potatoes and eggs ( some days it was boiled egg, some days sunny side up), butter, jam and honey. Additionally to that - bucket of bread, Nescafe or unlimited Turkish tea.
Restaurant and bar offers to order food/drinks anytime throughout the day, they have many options for main meals as well.

When we needed to come to Alanya for the second time there was no doubt about the place. All of the staff is friendly and forthcoming. We arrived earlier than the checkin time, because we depended on the bus schedule and both times they had a room available at that time and allowed us to check in earlier. We are very thankful for that!

After the checkout if you still have a lot of time on your hands before leaving the city, you can leave your bags at the reception and walk around or enjoy the pool. There is shower next to the pool and WC on the first floor available to for your use where you can change and be on your way when you need to.

Thankful to all of the staff and definitely sincerely recommending to choose this place if you are looking for a place with great location, pool, included breakfast (optional) and a friendly budget.

Disappointing
Pros:

The location is really nice and the food was good

Cons:

The air conditioner works really bad, the lights are poor and in the bathroom it is too dark. The sofas are almost dead and the balcony door doesn't lock. The kitchen has really old equipment and there is no kettle and microwave

great value for money; very friendly and hospitable; great value for money!
Pros:

The stuff was extremely helpful; the hotel seems to be family-run; same people at the reception desk, they remember you, they are helping you, etc.

Cons:

the wasn't an aircon in the lounge, only in the bedroom. Not the end of the world, but with 34C temperature not very convenient
