اول شيء موظف الاستقبال الحربي ماشاءالله رجل ودود ورحب بنا بكل صدر رحب وخلص اجراءات حجزنا بسرعه ثاني قربة من المسجد النبوي خاصتا بوابة النساء للحرم المدني

إقامة رائعة قرب الحرم
Pros:

الفندق كان رائعاً جداً وقريب جداً من الحرم (٢٠٠ - ٣٠٠ متر تقريباً للدخول الحرم للرجال والنساء). الغرف كانت نظيفة ومرتبة. قام الفندق بترقية إحدى غرفتينا إلى سويت مجاناً. كان الفندق يمر ليلياً على الغرف للتأكد من انه لا ينقصنا أي شيء. الخدمة في المطعم كل صباح كانت رائعة وبالأخص من مديرة المطعم الأخت فوزية والإخوان توصيف ومحمد. سعدنا جداً بالسكن في الفندق وكان من أروع الفنادق التي سكنت فيها.

A special appreciation to the wonderful lady Mrs. Budxxx at the reception. Out of respect for her privacy, I am not mentioning her name, but her professionalism, kindness, and exceptional support truly stood out. Special thanks as well to Mr. Jibon from Room Service for his outstanding hospitality and excellent service.

The entire team, including the security staff, was polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is highly commendable.

سأرجع للمدينة المنورة بعد 10 أيام ،،، طبعا سأحجز مره أخرى

حصل لي مشكلة بأن الغرفة اللي جنبي كانوا جدا مزعجين وحتى الفجر وبمجرد اتصالي بالرسبشن فورا حلو لي الموضوع ، وبعد فترة وجيزه تم تغيير لي الغرفة وأشكر بالخصوص
عادل ومنال ورهام جدا محترمين مع إني ماشفتهم ،وكذلك أشكر هالشخصين اللي نشاطهم جدا واضح بالمطعم فوزية و توصيف وكذلك احمد وسعيد خدمة صف السيارات واشكر عمال نظافه الدور 11 حيث سكني

كانت اقامتنا ف فندق جراند ملينيوم الحرم استسنائيه حبيت المكان ونظافه الفندق والهدوء والسكينه وكذلك اشكر موظفي الاستقبال ع اتمام دخولنا بسرعه وبشكل ممتاز جدا
والاهم من ذلك كله قربه من الحرم ومن مكان دخول النساء 3 دقائق وانت ف الحرم البوفيه متنوع والقائميين ع البوفيه اوجه لهم الشكر من اصغر موظف الى اكبر موظف ع بشاشتهم وخدمتهم للضيوف
ان شاء الله بتكرر الزياره لهذا الفندق الجميل يستاهل تصنيف 5 نجوم

Location is very near to the ladies entrance for the Masjid e Nabwi.
Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Once there was power shutdown and lifts were not working for almost 45 minutes. ? No backup plan in case of power shutdown.
