المكان جدا جميل ومريح وطاقم العمل ماشاءالله كانوا جدا متعاونين والحلو سوولي شيك ان مبكر هذه النقطة كانت مهمة جدا بالنسبة لي لأن وصلت بدري المدينة الصراحة اشكرهم على هالشيء وخدمة الغرف سريعة الصراحة كلهم ماقصروا وشكر خاص للأخت زينب

My stay was both comfortable and memorable having to stay with my family in the same suite
Pros:

First, we booked two rooms (1 kings bedroom & 4 single beds room), the hotel upgraded us to 2 bedrooms executive suite which made our stay really comfortable. The amount of consumables kept in the rooms were more than adequate. It was just 3mins away from both male and females praying area. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were very good and sufficient for everyone. There was a kids section of breakfast with mini burgers, nuggets, doughnuts etc

Good room services
Pros:

The location is excellent and takes 3 to 4 mins to reach Masjid e Nabawi. Breakfast arrangements were nice and attractive. In addition, room service was excellent. Mr. Jewel helped us a lot and provided good customer service when needed. We wish him all the best. Thank you.

Cons:

There is unusual odor from shower area each time it is being used. I recommend to search the origin of odors, may not be easy and mitigate it if possible or arrange air freshner. Thank you.
