الموقع جدا ممتاز والغرفة واسعه مع مرافق ممتازه وكذلك المطعم جدا ممتاز مع اطباق متنوعه وجميع العاملين مع المشرفين يقدمون خدمه مميزه

غرفتي كانت مقابل المصعد ولذلك كان ازعاج احيانا
من بعض الأشخاص في فترات قصيره
ولكن عندما تبدلت الغرفه في آخر يومين ارتحت
ومع الأسف كانت الثلاجه لا تعمل

جميع العاملين النظافة وحاملي الحقائب والموظفين والموظفات في الاستقبال وأخص بالشكر الأخ /عبدالله محمد. خدمني جداً الله يعطيه العافية . وكذلك الشباب حراس الأمن جميعهم الله يعطيكم العافية ما قصرتم . اعجبني قرب المكان من بوابة النساء وتوفر مراكز ومطاعم قريبة جداً

Pathetic and money wasted!

Honestly just the location

Cons:

Pathetic and rude service. No lobby! Disappointment as I booked a four star and genuinely it was hardly two star best case. Room stinked . At least waited more than two hours for water request in the room. Facilities like electric kettle, TV nothing working. It was a very poor stay.

Pros:

The hotel is very close to the Masjid. The staff was very helpful. The manager at the hotel was very hospitable, helpful and helped us very diligently with a booking mistake and made accommodations, thus making sure we didn't lose our money spent on the room.

Cons:

Washroom doesn't drain water well.
