Eine Pension kein Hotel, unprofessionell, Kunden scheinen hier unwichtig zu sein

Es ist kein Hotel wie es der Name vermuten lässt, keine Rezeption, kein Ansprechpartner, Der Schlüssel Safe war am Anreiseabend ohne Schlüssel. Es hat dann über eine Stunde gedauert bis man Hilfe bekam. Zimmer für 2 gebucht aber nur eine kleine Zudecke, ein Kopfkissen, 1 Handtuch.. Zimmer nicht vorbereitet. Duschkabine defekt und an den Schienen sehr verschmutzt . Die Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen

Pros:

Esta en todo el centro de bruhl ,lleno de tiendas y de bares,que cierran TODAS a las 20h ,no sé por que tan temprano.la habitacion super grande y limpia y a 5 minutos andando de la parada del tranvia y del autobus que te lleva a phantasialand.

Cons:

No me gustó que los hoteles alemanes to tengan almohadas,un español sin almohada no sabe dormir

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, in einem ruhigen sauberen Zimmer gewesen.
Pros:

Es war sauber und ordentlich, die Matratzen waren noch nicht ausgelegen.

Cons:

Das Fernsehen schauen war abends zeitweise nicht möglich.

Pros:

Innenstadtlage, Nähe zum Bahnhof, Nähe zu Bäckerei und Restaurants

Cons:

Ausstattung des Zimmers ist älter und hätte eine Sanierung nötig ( angeschlagene Fliesen im Bad, gammelnde Türrahmen), lochrige Bettlaken, Gerüst vorm Fenster (wurde vom Zimmer über mir genutzt), keine Reaktion vom Personal auf Nachrichten von mir.

Pros:

Meines Erachtens ist das Personal die größte Stärke des Hotels.

Cons:

Mir war bewusst, dass die Lage sehr laut ist, aber ich habe unterschätzt, wie laut es tatsächlich ist. Es ist wirklich sehr laut.

Dazu kam, dass die Dusche defekt war. Am Abend konnte ich zwar noch duschen, allerdings war der Wasserdruck bereits sehr schlecht. Nach einem Spaziergang wollte ich mich noch einmal duschen, jedoch vergeblich: Aus der Brause kam kein einziger Tropfen Wasser.

Chefin war sehr nett

Cons:

Dusche kam kaum Wasser, duschwand war defekt. Unter dem Bett lagen mehrere gebrauchte Pflaster. Tv Sender gingen die meisten nicht.

Pros:

Contrary to the previous reviews, i was very pleased with my stay! The room was basic, but big, bright and airy, with a coffee machine and a comfy large bed. Great base for Bruehl and the region.
Yes, there is no parking nearby, but that wasn't an issue - we just walked 10 minutes. The great location right in the city center made up for it

Cons:

I wish i could give a better review, but - and this is a big one - the shower was broken.
1 - The shower door was not operabel
2- only a trickle came out of the shower head
Both issues did not seem like recent, so thats really poor maintenance.

Prima voor wie alleen een slaapplek zoekt op doorreis.

Nette kamer,schoon en vriendelijk geholpen.

Cons:

Geen parkeerplaats bij het hotel dus moest parkeren in nabij gelegen garages tegen betaling.

Pros:

L'hôtel est vraiment bien placé, proche des deux gares

Cons:

Le jet d'eau était d'une faiblesse rare, il était quasiment impossible de se doucher. Et les fenêtres devaient du demi-vitrage tellement on entendait tout ce qu'il se passait dans la rue qui est très animée
