Die Aussicht war auf den Hinterhof. Nicht sehr schön. Man konnte aber das Zimmer wechseln.

Hemos estado en hoteles que por poco más de dinero, eran de calidad muy alta. En cambio este nos ha parecido de media-baja. Por lo que la calidad-precio no es buena.

This is a sweet hotel a bit of a surprise actually. A shop front location close to the Bell Tower and handy walk to other sites. The staff are exceedingly lovely and helpful despite the language barrier. Breakfast was fine. The housekeeping level of hygiene in the rooms needs attention as this was not satisfactory.
Housekeeping cleaning of rooms and bathrooms is perfunctory at best
Room was clean. There are all facilities including washing machine in the hotel. It helped us very much.
Stuff don't speak any word in english. Communication happened via translation apps but it barely worked well.
Quite difficult to communicate with the staff because they spoke only Chinese. But then again we are in
China so make sure you have a translator and Alipay and vpn.
Location is very good. Very near to subway and Muslim Quarters. Affordable food everywhere. Location also not overcrowded
Please make sure you have information on the exact exit from subway to property. If you come out on the right exit, it is only about 5 minutes walk. The subway coming out is like full of tunnels. It is quite hard to find your way out
Clean and tidy room
The name of the hotel is wrong on booking, it starts with an A not and E, we struggle to find it. The hotel staff were not expecting us despite my arrival time confirmation, they said there was a problem with my room and gave me another room instead but not with the same conditions. They kindly offered to give us free breakfast as a compensation though. The hotel staff could not speak any English, the communication was very limited…
The hotel's service is very nice, the location is great, the cost-effectiveness is high, it's a super great hotel
