整體都很滿意及推薦，建議與父母出遊可以找這種房型，各自有空間待著還有廚房可以料理，洗衣機能夠洗衣服，家庭式的房間很不錯
Pros:

住宿地點很方便，淺草橋本身是個很便利的車站，基本要轉車只要轉一次就好
房東回訊息雖然不會立刻回，但都有問必答也很和善，樂於解決問題且可以用中文溝通
雖然進旅館要換鞋，但很貼心放了酒精、鞋拔跟除臭劑，感受到得到屋主在各個角落的用心
整體環境都很乾淨，廁所也很乾淨，只有客廳或房間比較不常移動或邊邊角角的地方有大灰塵

Cons:

只有廁所有鏡子要照全身或要化妝的話比較麻煩
其中一間房間冷氣沒有暖氣功能，睡覺的時候很冷，建議可以再多放一點被子以及隔音真的沒有很好，第一晚甚至聽得到隔壁房間的打鼾聲（這點很吃運氣，要看會不會遇到會吵的鄰居）

Great easy location to train. Room was clean and plenty of room for the 5 of us. And it was helpful that we could do some laundry. The staff was pleasant and quick to answer any questions.

Perfect apartment for our trip.
Pros:

Extremely close to both the subway and the JR lines, so transportation was very convenient. Many small restaurants nearby that were delicious. Neighborhood was quiet, and the apartment clean.

Pros:

Beds were comfy, washing was available as advertised and very useful/convenient/simple to use. The room was nice and big, with everything you could need. The tatami was nice to sit on and the AC was functional, which was a big relief in the cold winter. The location was super convenient too.

Możliwość powieszenia prania i wyjścia na taras. Pralka w mieszkaniu. Wyposażenie kuchni i duża lodówka.

Cons:

Pokój sprawiał wrażenie nieco przestarzałego i wymagałby odświeżenia. Niestety standard nie był tak wysoki, jak można było oczekiwać na podstawie zdjęć, a stosunek jakości do ceny pozostawia wiele do życzenia.Niestety mieszkanie było również nie do końca czyste, z widocznymi śladami zużycia, szczególnie w kątach.

這個房型住4人ok，房間也算乾淨，離淺草橋地鐵站近，附近有7-11、全家、羅森，life超市也有（計程車5分鐘），有問題提問房東都會回覆，還可預約機場接送（小汪先生服務好）

Cons:

目前是鑰匙鎖一間房間只有一把，大門無限制都可進出（不過是有監視器的），如果大家一起住ok，一個人我會考慮

Quiet and close to the train station
Pros:

We loved that it was quiet and close to the train station but close to 7-11 and restaurants. Communication was easy with the staff. They were great!

Cons:

It’s in an alley and there’s no one to check you in so if you go at night and you can’t get WiFi and you don’t speak Japanese, it can be hard to navigate after a 12 hour flight

The front desk staff was very helpful prior to arrival. She was very friendly and spoke English.. the location was excellent. Short walk to the train station. Great Ramen shop close by. Very quiet. Cute apartment. Very clean. Good size for 3 adults

Pros:

Great location, very central and close to most important city train. Very friendly staff. Perfect checkin procedure, we could easily enter with a code even though we arrived very late at night. Very safe and nice neighborhood.

Cons:

Unfortunately very thin walls, in our room (2nd floor) we could directly hear every use of the bathroom and also we were unlucky to have a quite busy family above us, so we only could sleep when they did. But we are very sensitive to this since we have a baby, so no big point deduction there.
