Für unsere Familie perfekt 😇
Pros:

Diese Unterkunft war großartig. 😃
Sie war groß genug, um sich zu viert frei bewegen zu können und hatte ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Bett war sehr bequem und auf den Tatami konnte man mit den Futon auch gut schlafen. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten in dem Zimmer: Küche, Dusche und Toilette.
Die Lage war hervorragend. Man war schnell bei der Bahn und konnte von dort sehr gut in alle Richtungen fahren. Es gab auch eine direkte Bahn-Anbindung zum Flughafen Haneda, so dass man nicht umsteigen musste.

Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht unsere Putzfrau, sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei all unseren Fragen. Zu dem hat war sie sehr gewissenhaft und gründlich bei der Reinigung. Sie hat dabei auch die Privatsphäre geachtet. ♥️

Wir würden dieses Zimmer bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder buchen zu diesen Konditionen buchen. 😊

Leider konnte man die frisch gewaschene Wäsche nicht auf den eigenen Balkon hängen und dort über den Tag trocknen lassen.

Proximity to metro. Really spacious and more than enough space for 3 people. Roof terrace great. V quiet street.

Cons:

생각보다 더 방 크기도 크고 시설도 좋았습니다 위치토 아사쿠바바시 역에서 바로라 아키바 긴자 아사쿠사 신주쿠는 환승없이도 가능해서 좋앗고 다음에 갈때에더 또 이용할것같습니다!!

Ottima soluzione: ci tornerei!
Pros:

Struttura ottima, pulita, ben organizzata, possibilità di fare la lavatrice e stendere sulla terrazza all’ultimo piano. Comodissima sia alla metro che ai treni, si arriva alla stazione di Tokyo in 20 minuti. Staff gentile e premuroso. Non mancava nulla.

Convenient to train station and very clean!
Pros:

Apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and it was easy to check in. Very close to a train station which we used everyday. Neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of places to eat close by. There were 5 of us, which was a little tight, but worked just fine.

Cons:

Nothing!

Very comfortable and welcoming staff if you stay in the first floor.
Pros:

Everything exceeded my expectation. The hotel was nice. We stayed at the first floor which was very accessible. The staff offered to take the trash out by the second day. They offered a clothe detergent when washing clothes so you don't need to buy one.

Cons:

There's no elevator. For us it was fine but with others with bigger luggage to second or third floor would be hard.

very happy with the apartment!
Pros:

lots of space, plenty of amenities, easy check in and check out, staff was very responsive and friendly on the booking.com messaging system.

we liked the area as well as it was quiet but close to the metro and there are lots of shops and restaurants around.

there‘s a guest laundry room that we got to use for free, plus drying racks on the top floor terrace.

Cons:

the walls are a little thin so we could hear our neighbours sometimes, like kids crying, people stomping around or doors slamming. I know that‘s not the hotel‘s fault though, they even message guests after booking and ask them to be mindful of other guests and to respect quiet hours, so they did what they could.

Pros:

L’emplacement de l’établissement était top. Le studio était agréable pour nous 4. Tout le monde est ravi du séjour. Bien que nous n’ayons vu aucune personne travaillant sur place lors de notre séjour, la communication via l’application booking était excellente : lorsque nous avons eu des questions ou besoin de conseils (pour l’envoi de nos bagages) nous avons obtenu des réponses très rapides.

Cons:

Nous avons juste trouvé un peu dommage de ne jamais voir personne à l’accueil même si ça ne nous a pas empêchés d’apprécier notre séjour.
