IDENTITY PROOF: In keeping with Government regulations, we request each guest (regardless of occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity and address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as the above. Also, please do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking.

Non married couple are not allowed.

Group policy: Booking of more than 5 rooms will apply different cancellation and guarantee policy. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking that has come for 5 or more rooms even with different names /confirmation numbers, from same source as the booking will be considered a group booking, with different rate and policies applicable.
A deposit may be required at the property.

It was ok but definitely not a 3 5 or 4 star hotel
Pros:

The first room was spacious but not comfortable..windows could not open and were dusty.. the room was not very clean to..the shower was working half..we changed the room ..that was a bit better..the beds were good in both rooms
And the breakfast was excelleny
And still I would not recommend it!

The room itself so outdated..not so.cleam..tje shower..the wondow

Lack of customer service
Pros:

The breakfast was good

Cons:

The front desk staff attitude, dirty rooms and linen. Worst part was that since it was raining there was no umbrella available at the front desk or the hotel main door. Upon asking the front desk staff said the hotel doesn't have umbrellas. They expect guests to walk in rain from the hotel door to the road to catch a cab or auto.
