Nice stay but not very hygienic place
Pros:

Location and the views from the hotel are so picturesque

It was old construction and furniture was having stains and all and bed is dirty, blanket was smelling although they changed it when asked

Terrible for the price they charged

The location is nice, and the staff were very helpful and polite.

Cons:

For the price charged, the hotel is simply awful. Right from the dimly lit corridors to badly maintained rooms, the hotel is not worth it. The stairs do not even have railings! The corridors were badly lit giving it a haunted vibe. The rooms don’t even have intercom. The bathrooms don’t have an ounce of toiletries. The bed sheets and blankets were stained. Citing LPG shortage, we were served bread toasted in vegetable oil for breakfast. We had especially booked the hotel because they provided breakfast so you can imagine our disappointment.
While booking it on booking.com, it was explicitly written that we do not need to pay anything prior to reaching the property. However, we received multiple mails asking us to pay half the amount, or the booking would be canceled. Giving them the benefit of doubt, we paid an advance a day before reaching. On reaching, they asked for the rest of the amount. So when we walked into the hotel, we had already paid the entire amount and were trapped. We were then told that the hotel was under renovation, hence the bad state. We weren’t told this prior to paying the ENTIRE amount. We felt trapped and cheated at the state of the hotel. The ONLY good thing about this hotel, is its staff. That too, there are just 2 of them.

Don’t book it until they are not renovating it.

Nothing.. only location because it’s quite near to mallroad with car parking only for those drivers who are pro in driving.

Cons:

Worst hotel i have even seen in my life. Don’t go in booking.com and other booking websites traps after seeing pictures there. Hotel staff uploaded good photos there but actual conditions of rooms and washrooms and even blankets and beds is worst. Everywhere is smell and they are charging like five star hotels. I have paid 17k through booking.com for this shitty hotel for two nights. This is actually 2000 rs per nights hotel and that is also because of its location because it’s quite near to Mall Road or there could not be any reason to live here.

Worst experience in hotel raj
Pros:

The best thing of hotel is the property situated in best location and nothing else

Cons:

Staff is not good
No water bottle and glass were there we requested them for glass and to turn on tv twice but no one came
They mentioned the room was sound proof but it was too much noisy.
Electricity cuts off too much .
