Improve your infrastructure, rooms , doors & employ more staff
Pros:

Great location, spacious terrace , laborious Manager Ms Karishma & her 2 assistant Girls ( Sapna & other ) Good Cook & good service boy . Staff is very helpful, supportive & through professional.

Cons:

Room quality, wash basin under covering , old make shift doors, sometime in lockable main door of room , no ceiling fan, very less high of roof , property is under construction, dust , debris, bad smell of construction, staff is less , need more staff . Hotel must improve from low budget facilities with very high charges like 3-4 star properties.

The stay was ok but could have been made more comfortable with improvements mentioned above.
Pros:

The hotel is ideally located which is a major attraction of staying. Breakfast doesn't have many choices but ok. Though cable TV is available in the room but need to add good number of Indian English news channels. Parking is available in the hotel but due to ongoing renovation very limited space to park at the moment.

Cons:

The hotel has to do a lot more to improve the basic services in the room like adequate amount of toiletries, towels, etc. The reception need to remain open 24x7 which is not the case at the moment. Even the lift to reach the ramp is closed at night. Large scale renovation work is going on in the hotel during the peak season which is only resulting in inconvenience to the guests.

Nothing to like about this.

Cons:

Cleaning was not up to the mark, property amenities were too old including tiles and furnitures. Staff was not cooperative, Breakfast quality was not good and less options. TV, Internet not worked. Property still under construction.
