Always pleasant, stayed many times for work
Pros:

Small and comfy hotel, with a popular bar used by the friendly locals, can be busy with young lads who are at Blackburn Fc academy. Tasty small food menu, top pizzas, all fresh made. All staff very friendly @ helpful. Good secure car park, hotel is within housing estate which has barrier & security.

Great value find
Pros:

There is a generous amount of parking onsite (free). We paid for the cooked weekend breakfast which was delicious and very filling. The room was large and very recently decorated, as very clean. Large bed with lovely pillows/duvet. Huge wardrobe space with iron and ironing board! Exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

The car park could do with some outside lights can be difficult to see when unloading the cars at night. A small fridge in the bedroom wouldn’t go a miss but that would be a luxury.

It was such a lovely room although i didn’t stay overnight due unexpected events I needed to attend to.
Pros:

Very clean room and bathroom however liquid soap would have been better in the bathroom.

Cons:

Liquid handwashing would be better in the bathroom.

It was pleasant and warm and the staff were very polite and helpful
Pros:

It’s a great place for a base and their is plenty of parking nice and quiet rooms had coffee and tea their was a nice lounge area plus they had pool darts and a nice bar area. You need a car for travelling out ideal place for a group of golfers

Cons:

The shower took a while to heat up that’s all
