Pros:

I have been guest at the hotel in the early 90s, the early 2000s and now...and I can see how the hotel has aged. Everything has become old...the rooms, the furnishing, the finishing...it is still good and decent...but I doubt I will stay there again...Thank you for the memories

Very bad experience

Stayed one night at this hotel and had to relocate to another hotel due to the poor quality of service and room.
I was visiting TVM for medical reasons with my son. When we walked into the room, my feet got wet and was wondering what was going on. When I turned on the lights, the floor as we walk into the room was flooded.
I contacted the front desk, informed of the situation and first thing they asked was “ if I wanted to change room”. Was surprised why they even asked that question.
At this stage we were still waiting outside the room with our luggage.
A staff member came in few minutes and repeated the same question “ did we wanted another room”.
And what was most frustrating and insulting was that while we were still standing outside with our luggage, the staff went into the room and started checking the wardrobe and mini bar.
Then we were brought to another room in the next floor and the door key card wasn’t activated 😩
Finally got a room with no flooding.
Room was not up to standard and definitely not worth the money.
I had to stay in TVM for a week but after the first night at this hotel we checked out and move to another hotel.

Pros:

Staff Service was poor.
According to me, they do not maintain 5 Star standard and status. They do not privide shaving kit and Shower jel. They say it is given to people who take suit room. Bullshit l used to get shaving kit and shower jel in all 5 star hotels where l stayed.
Over all l was not happy.
