The servuce staff at tge Breakfast bufget should be more organized and available. Except for the captain. Who was of great help, maintained service standards and very proactive, others were barely at their stations. They shud be more organized in approach. My appreciation to the captain of the service. The team should be more like him for better experience

I’m honestly not sure how this property has a 5-star rating. The experience felt quite underwhelming overall.
The front desk staff were noticeably unfriendly, and it felt like they could really benefit from some basic hospitality training—especially around how guests are welcomed and spoken to. First impressions matter, and this one wasn’t great.
The rooms were not very clean, and the facilities felt quite old and dated. It didn’t give the sense of a well-maintained or premium property.
Breakfast was below average, with limited options and nothing that stood out.
If you’re planning to stay here, I’d recommend going with the expectation of a maximum 3-star experience. With that mindset, you may not be disappointed—but calling it a 5-star hotel is definitely a stretch.
Excellent location, clean environment, excellent valet parking, and mostly value for money except when rates are dynamically jacked up from time to time.
The restaurant staff can be a little disorganised and poorly managed
The location of the Hotel from the Airport was very good. The room has exceeded my expectations & the breakfast was excellent. Both me and my wife not only enjoyed the breakfast but also the conversations with the staffs.
So far there were nothing to say about any dislike as we only stayed one night.

My kids were sick and sleeping in the room. The staff opened the room using the master key and asked kids to leave the as it is time to vacate the hotel.
We had the rooms booked from 8th to 11th this incident happened on 10th.
Kids called me straight away they were scared and it was a male staff opened the room while my two daughters were sleeping in the room.
I have contacted the hotel receptionist and raised my concerns they said they will check the camera and investigate the incident. When I reached back to the hotel they didn’t even bother to tell me what happened.
I went to the receptionist and asked what happened she said in a casual way it was a mistake from the staff they had the room number wrong.
Safety in that hotel is a real concern if you are suggesting your customers to go there to stay.
