After checking in, I went to the room but didn't stay due to hygiene issues.

The manager didn't respond to my questions; they didn't answer phone calls or reply to WhatsApp messages, and didn't address the problem at all.

There were spiders on the ceiling, red ants on the sheets, and red ants along the edges of the exterior walls.

I'm waiting for a refund.

There are a lot punch card spot and nice pool for kids to play, have guest private parking that near to where we stay, its convinient for moving thgs between our vehicle and its safe parking inside the gated hotel compund. The location is not located at busy town area, its quiet and relax.

Cons:

Booking check in time options are not relevant, giving guest check in time options but when I arrived the staff told me that their check in time is 3pm, and even if there are room available for early check in, there will also be a RM60 early check in charge. I choosen check in time at 11am while booking, so I reach there by 11am. End up waiting there for hours. I think giving guest option but actually no option is not a responsible act, wasting ppl time, even have room available also need to pay extra charge which did not mentioned earlier while booking, while I was waiting, there were quite a few rooms guest were checking out, I went to reception but the staff just asked ke to leave my phone number, i was wondering whether he was asking me to go and wait somewhere else or actually there were no possibility of early check in. Its not a good experience kept waiting for hrs with a 3year old and a toddler that were already hungry and crying. Therefore, for my personal opinion the hotel hospitally is not there, we dont feel welcoming.
