Pros:

Location wise is good! It's very close to a lot of every places that I wanted to go.

Cons:

Got confused trying to find the room I was assigned. I wish there were more signs indicating which floor and where the rooms are 😭

Pros:

Really nice atmosphere and small perfect people with young children they had a few activities around the hotel. All the touristy things to do are around a 20 minute taxi drive in either direction

Przytulny hotel na obrzeżach
Pros:

Klimatyczny mały hotel na obrzeżach miasta. Dwa baseny i ciekawie urządzony pokój.

Cons:

Główny basen - woda mogła by być trochę bardziej przefiltrowana. Recepcja znajduje się z innej strony niż pokazuje adres na Google Maps.

I love the environment, the building colour like a real santorini, good n helpful staff, easy to enter, comfort n clean room. Love it.

Cons:

Can upgrade the wifi please. My phone was slow in the building, thanks god have a wifi, but the wifi slow. Device is connect to the wifi but no internet.

Facility is good.. strategic place & feel calm

But..a bit disappointed about the hotel policy to hold my deposit rm100 ..they did not refund the deposit upon check out..they hold the deposit until 24 hours even I already check out early before 12 pm and nothing damage about the room that I stay.this is my first time,when I check out the hotel did not refund my deposit upon check out & hold it 24 hours..I hope that the management of this hotel can change this policy..I feel that the staff not trust at me as a customer bcause I booked thru online booking.I love to stay there,all is good just a bit disappointed my deposit hold 24 hours & not refund immediately upon check out..not same as at the advertise. This is my first time happen when I check in into hotel even at five star hotel,they will refund the deposit upon check out..not hold it..a bit disappointed

环境还不错，特别。wifi晚上很好，早上就比较差根本不能connect 。一开门就是泳池，蛮方便的
