Very very bad experience not worth for money

Cons:

Reception person has charged us 2300 rupees however I have received the email bill receipt 1514 rupees. Room was not clean, it was smelling like hell, washroom was also not so clean.. bedsheets has so many stains marks.

Worst room. My bed had bedbugs. It was biting and I wasn't able to sleep the whole night. Room is very small and cramped. The bathroom is not large as shown in the pic. Zero ventilation

Pros:

The management serious need improve their staffs communication skills on customer services & how to respond to customers requests or queries.

Their customer service is totally out.

This place not suitable place for family staying.
