La verdad que fue una estafa, no tenía aire acondicionado, una silla donde sentarse dentro de la habitación, un calor ambiente sobre 35° insoportable, no se podian abrir las ventanas, no se podian abrir las cotinas ya que de la calle se veía todo hacia la habitación, no habia secador de pelo, no había plancha. Todo lo anterior lo reclamé por whatasap al coordinador quien respondió que esas eran las condiciones, teniamos que arrancar de Bob para estar mas frescos en la calle, no dormimos en las 4 noches de estadia. Por lo anterior exijo la devolución del pago de este hospedaje y estimo que Uds. lo deben sacar de la pagina Booking.

shower was not perfect, also the way to access the room looked like a road work corridor with dirty carpet and intense heat.
Moreover the breakfast was available in a bar nearby - sadly this only opened at 8 am which was too late for me. My conference started at 8.
I therefore was unable to have breakfast despite having paid for it for 2 consecutive days and when I raised the issue to the provider, they refused to give me my money back.

1st room on basement level - windows could not lock. Safety issue. Moved to another room. Bathroom so small - you have to hold onto basin to slide on the toilet between shower doors and basin. Toilet seat too small for seat. If you sit, it slides of the toilet. If you want to bend in shower to shave your legs, you have to open shower door due tocramped space.

The halls were very hot but that could also be because the week we stayed it was warm outside

No me gusto mi primera habitación, pero ante mi reclamo me hicieron un upgrade enseguida.

I booked this property to stay 1 night as a solo, female for a business trip. I booked the wrong location, however as I didn't want to book anything else, I arrived here. When arriving, I had issues with the access to the room, property access was ok.

Staff helped via WhatsApp, however the app which should open the door was not working. without remote access support, I was not able to access the room once I came out of it again to test it. When entering the room, it was small, there was barely any space between the bed and the furniture with microwave on. I haven't stayed as I didn't feel safe knowing that I can't get in or out of the room without remote support.

I was not offered an alternative option e.g. key access. I felt the room was a fire safety risk due to lack of space and access issues. The room was also very hot and noisy, it was in the basement, like a garage or storage unit conversion. Bathroom is a small space, but looked clean. this resulted me booking into a Travelodge, 30min away from the properly, causing extra costs at 7pm in the night...

I raised these issues with the company who was not accepting any liability about the access issues. Very poor experience, would not recommend it to anyone as a solo female traveler. Not value for money...

la pulizia della stanza è veramente scarsa, inoltre l'assenza di un condizionatore e l'impossibilità di aprire per più di 5 cm le finestre (regolamentazioni comunali ci è stato riferito) fanno si che con le alte temperature la camera sia invivibile, caldo estremo che non permette di dormire. molto macchinoso anche l'ingresso tramite smartphone e codici. sono così semplici e pratiche le chiavi, perché sostituirle?!

A bit shabby carpets in front of elevators made me sceptical at first what the room will be.. the room was spot on though!

Veldig tett luft, vond lukt og mugg i gangene og dørkarmene. Rommene var ikke vasket ordentlig, og vi opplevde flekker, møkk på gulvet og gjenglemte gjenstander fra tidligere gjester. Etter en prat med behjelpelig personale fikk vi bytte rom til et som hadde litt bedre luft og var litt renere, men fortsatt ikke rent.

Het was bloedheet buiten en dus ook binnen. Er was geen airco maar dat wist ik al, gelukkig had ik een ventilator. Ik zal hier zeker nog een keer blijven maar NIET in de zomer of warme periode.
