私が予約時にしっかり確認しなかったのが悪いのですが、日当たりがよくクーラーがないため、夜になってもなかなか熱気が逃げずとても暑かった。問い合わせてもAIから同じ返答が来るばかりで解決しなかった。
立地としては駅が近くにあるが、あまり便利な路線ではなかった。私は毎回20分近く歩いて別の駅を利用していた。

The bedrooms are built-In units with absolutely no ventilation

Hice la reserva 2 días antes, en la semana más calurosa del año y la habitación no tenía ventanas, no corría el aire y no se podía estar más de 5 minutos ahí. La solución me la dieron al día siguiente, por lo tanto tuve que buscar otro hotel para esa noche.

There is no proper ventilation in the hotel, and the whole hotel is like a sauna. The outside temperature was always lower than the inside temperature and it was not possible to stay inside for longer than 5 minutes during the day. Also, the window cannot be opened more than 10 cm and the water never got cold enough to be able to properly cool down. I did inform the staff, they were unhelpful and not proactive - promised to change the room (which would most likely not help the situation), but never did it. The room was somewhat clean, but sheets had weird stains and some trash was left behind.

Quarto muito muito pequeno, sem ar condicionado, casa de banho minúscula, a tampa da sanita estava partida, o espaço disponível entre a sanita e o lavatório é minúsculo e não permite a uma pessoa normal sentar-se!
O tema do ar condicionado foi minimizado com a colocação de uma ventoinha no quarto mas isso não foi suficiente

The hotel was extremely hot during our stay and there was no AC available, just a fan part of the stay.
We were asked(forced) to move room for the last day of our stay due to an issue with the bathroom (that's fine, things happen, we understand). However, the new room we moved into had no fan installed and the room was extremely hot. We did ask the manager to provide a fan to the room, but it never arrived.
Using phone access to the hotel via a key feature on one's own phone worked okay eventually, once we learned not to close down the landing page. It's however not optimal as you always have to have you phone available and charged or you can otherwise not enter the hotel or your room.

Extrem heiße Zimmer im Keller und keine Möglichkeit ein Fenster zu öffnen. Die Räume hatten eine konstante Zimmer Temperatur von 30 Grad, obwohl es draußen nicht mehr als 23 Grad hatte. Keinerlei Frischluftzufuhr irgendwo

Blocked toilet full of toilet paper. Maintenance didn't fix.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so appalling that I feel compelled to warn other travellers.

The room itself was actually very nice, and the bathroom was clean and well presented. Unfortunately, none of that mattered because the temperature in the room was absolutely unbearable. It was ridiculously hot—so hot that I genuinely could not stay in it. As someone who is pregnant, I found the conditions bordering on dangerous. Although London has been hot recently, it had cooled this week, and the weather outside was quite mild, which made the temperature inside the room even more shocking.

To make matters worse, the room was on the ground floor and the windows were sealed shut, so there was absolutely no ventilation. There was a fan in the room, but it was broken and therefore completely useless. The room essentially became an oven.

I contacted customer service and was met with astonishing rudeness. The employee I spoke to suggested that if my room was too hot, I should spend time in the communal pantry instead. She also told me that I should have checked the hotel’s amenities list before booking. I am a seasoned traveller and have stayed in countless hotels around the world, and I have never experienced anything remotely like this.

I arrived at the property at around 8.30pm as a lone female traveller, expecting to settle in for the evening. Instead, I found myself having to make alternative arrangements late at night because the room was simply uninhabitable. Despite being unable to stay in the room at all, the hotel refused to provide any refund.

I am still in disbelief at how poorly this situation was handled. The customer service representative refused to give me her name and then hung up on me. The complete lack of empathy, professionalism and basic duty of care was staggering.

This was my first stay at this property, and it will most certainly be my last.

Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju przy upale 36° nie dało się normalnie funkcjonować w pokoju, na dworze bylo chłodniej i fajnie by było moc otworzyć przynajmniej bardziej okno.
