It's not a Hotel, remember that!!!
Pros:

Good location. Comfortable bed!

Cons:

I was really thirsty. No drinkable water in the room or the building. However for a 10 to 15 minute walk each way, you can buy some. Owner had some delivered that arrived right when I got back. No hot water in the shower. Otherwise, a nice thing.
