Cons:

SEVERAL SMALL IRRITANTS:
AC remote was broken and not working so the room was cold. No blankets were provided so on asking we were given 4 bedsheets to function as blankets. Our night was not comfortable.
Bedside plug point was not working.
There was no handle inside the bathroom door to pull and open so I got locked inside. Thankfully my husband heard me shout.
The WC was very low and the seat permanently very dirty --YUKKK! . Difficult for older persons as well as tall people (we are both) to use.
