El lugar necesita mejorar algunos detalles, como brindar agua ya que el sitio es alejado y no se puede conseguir, la respuesta a negreo está a cargo de una sola persona lo que hace, que sí que sea muy amable no se logra. Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado por la noche 😑😑

Good, but definetely not coming back
Pros:

Location was good but had more expectations. The bungalow was good overall but the bathroom could use some improvements. Parking was also hard.

Parking options. Also the fountains were turned on the whole night which caused me not to properly concile my sleep

Nice place to stay in Jalpan

The location is nice, the cabanas are original and very confortable.

Pros:

Las habitaciones son lindas, limpias, diferentes y muy cómodas, la alberca limpia y de buen tamaño, instalaciones muy cuidadas, el estanque es lindo y escuchar el río es insuperable, un hotel diferente en muchos sentidos.

Cons:

El personal que nos recibe fue amable, pero podría mejorar sus habilidades de hosting, recomiendo llevar secadora o plancha de ropa en caso de que las necesiten.

“Mal servicio, agua fría y baños incómodos”
Pros:

Tuve una muy mala experiencia durante el check-in. Hice una reservación para cuatro personas, cada habitación a nombre del huésped correspondiente, pero al llegar me asignaron mal la habitación y hubo confusión con los nombres. Al señalar el error, el recepcionista (quien, según me dijeron, es el dueño) primero me dijo que no habría problema, pero después cambió de opinión, cobró una diferencia y me trató de forma grosera, llamándome “prepotente” y pidiéndome que me retirara. Todo esto, por un error que fue completamente suyo. Me sentí muy incómodo y solo decidí quedarme para no arruinarle el viaje a mis amigos. Lamentable actitud y cero profesionalismo. No lo recomiendo.

Cons:

No me gustó que el baño es muy pequeño, el agua de la regadera sale fría y con muy poca presión, apenas un chorrito. Por el precio, esperaba mejores condiciones en el servicio básico de la habitación.

Needs a coffee machine ! But manger took care of it and brought us coffee every morning! Nice gentleman
