Descuidado
Pros:

A única coisa boa é a localização.

Cons:

O apto é antigo e alguns aspectos, como o banheiro (com paredes mais velhas e com partes escuras (sujeira ou velheira) estão desgastados. As roupas de cama/cobertor estão bem velhinhos e finos. Não tem uma jarra para água quente. O pior: a internet não funcionou nenhum dia e o colchão estão bem gasto. Não me hospedo mais neste flat e não recomendo.
