Pros:

Были в Апреле, отель очень тёплый, чистый. Завтрак вкусный, на завтраке персонал приветливый. В ресепшне встретили хорошо.

I think there are better options available in this price range
Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent, and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the lady in charge was very kind and kept everything clean and tidy.

Cons:

The shower was a big disappointment, the water pressure was extremely low, almost just dripping. The bed and pillows were not comfortable either.

Although we had booked a suite, there were no kitchen utensils at all. After we asked, they provided some basic items, but it would have been better if these were available from the beginning. Overall, it was an average stay.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Die Internetverbindung im Zimmer ist gelegentlich abgebrochen und ließ sich nicht mehr verbinden. Das Arbeiten aus dem Zimmer ist daher kaum möglich gewesen. Auch das surfen am Handy war nicht durchgehend möglich. Das Frühstück hatte nicht sehr viel Auswahl.

We enjoyed our first visit to Istanbul at Cheya Suites.
Pros:

A nice little breakfast was included in our stay. The staff, especially the lovely breakfast lady, were friendly and accommodating. We liked the location, close to many restaurants & pubs, but not too close and the Besiktas ferry port was a 10-15 minute walk away.

Cons:

One inconvenient thing was the access to outlets by the bed. We had to get on the floor to plug in our phone chargers, discovering that an extension cord was under the bed, although it was not plugged in! It would be beneficial to install extension cords on both sides of the bed for ease of access for plugging in phones next to the bed.

Jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage ist top, man ist direkt mittendrin im Geschehen. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr herzlich. Die Herren der Rezeption begrüßen einen tagtäglich sehr freundlich. Die beiden Küchenfeen zauberten Tag für Tag ein grandioses Frühstück! Alles selbst gemacht, selbst gebacken. Täglich frisch und abwechslungsreich. Das Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel. 1, 2 Teller und ein wenig Besteck wären gut für die volle Punktzahl. Ansonsten jeden Tag frisches Wasser aufs Zimmer, bei Bedarf Reinigung. Wir können es zu 1000% empfehlen!!

In general i enjoyed my stay in this hotel and recommend to everyone who travels for short stays
Pros:

The breakfast was good enough and the location is excellent. You can walk to Beshiktash charshi in 5 mins and reach the iskele in 7-10 mins by walking which is great if you want to travel with a ship to another side of Istanbul. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

Breakfast options might be better.

Cons:

When you arrive, your luggage is brought to your room. But when you check out, nobody comes to pick up your luggage anymore—of course, because they already have your money.

They offer a taxi service from the hotel to the airport. They have connections with taxi drivers who pick you up and take you to the wrong airport. This way you get scammed. For a flight that cost €25, I ended up paying €150. People, be careful.

Pay €10–€20 extra and go to a real, clean hotel, because this place is truly a mess—from the staff to the rooms.
