Cons:

Creo que el servicio de aseo debe ser permanente (diario) por lo menos tender camas y sacar basura y algunas cerraduras de las habitaciones no cuentan con cerrojo por dentro.

En los 2 días no limpiaron la habitación, el aire acondicionado se descompuso y amanecí todo mojado de la espalda y no quisieron cambiarnos de habitación, aparte nos cobraron 300 pesos extra por que según estaba mojada la cama cuando no es nuestra culpa ya que el aire acondicionado no servía y tiraba agua

La alberca y el aire acondicionado

Cons:

Que no se puede usar la estufa y yo pagué esa habitación porque tenía cocineta, tampoco me gustó que la suite estuviera separada del edificio principal y que teníamos que cruzar la calle para llegar a la alberca 👙

Clean room, great location for the price.
Pros:

Nice outdoor sitting area just outside our room. The restaurant upstairs is exceptional.

Cons:

There was no blanket in our room and no coffee maker.

Rude Unpleasant Overpriced
Cons:

The woman at the front desk was very rude and unwelcoming. Every time I had to talk to her she was unpleasant and unprofessional. The place is only half hotel the other half is apt residents who are loud and rude. The only comfortable couches in the hotel are reserved for these rude people and off limits to the hotel guests. Roaches in the bathroom. Overpriced, unpleasant place. It's up a hill which can be taxing in the afternoon sun. The restaurant is expensive and overpriced. Overall Poor Quality.

Pool was too cold to use , shower took a long time to heat up , no microwave and only towels for shower . No hand towels or face towels

- The room was not as advertised.
- The room smelled awful and was not clean.
- The beds were uncomfortable, rock hard.
- Room had a kitchen with no equipment. Not even a plate.
- Bathroom was mouldy - we wore shower shoes to be safe.
- The building is very noisy. More FYI than issue.
- Only thin sheets available no blanket/comforter or duvet.

Cons:

Wifi was extremely slow, maybe due to the storm. There was not even hairdryer in the room, nor blanket. The fridge was broken and making a wierd noise all night, there was water underneath. Terrible stay
